Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to the friendly, quick service behind the bar, with several describing the bartender as helpful and the staff as friendly and doing everything they could. Drinks come up next, with one regular citing a pint of Madri midweek and others calling the beer and drinks good value. The carvery dinner is the standout food mention, with one diner describing a huge portion of beef and chicken, and another calling the food great quality and quantity for the price. Its spot steps from the Molineux Stadium draws match day visitors, and one notes security is present during matches. The one recurring complaint is takeaway: a Sunday dinner arrived with gravy leaked over everything after being packed on its side, and the reviewer could not reach the pub because the phone line was dead. That reviewer also felt the problem had not been addressed after earlier reviews raised it. A visitor from abroad says everyone made them feel like family.

“Sound little pub this, was my local when working away in Wolverhampton. Go through the week and it is £3.50 a pint of Madri, you can't argue with that. Also a decent punt as well”
