What your notice must include

Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same elements (identification, contact, signature) plus a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction.
Response time
We respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.
Repeat infringers
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate accounts or block access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
