Customer Review Summary

Bottomless brunch is what most reviewers come for, and they describe it as lovely food with cocktails that keep flowing, including BBQ wings and Cherry Cola. Several call it good value, one noting the session runs longer than at other places, and groups of 9 to 12 or more are handled easily. Servers get repeated praise for being friendly, patient and quick to top up drinks, and solo visitors and newcomers to the city describe a welcoming, lively, relaxed atmosphere, with Stella on draft singled out. Others mention the craft beer range, the sports screens covering every game, and a beer garden lit with fairy lights after dark. The one complaint comes from a brunch where nobody offered another round, so the guest had to ask every time and often sat with empty glasses, though the server was still described as really nice. One reviewer who is Deaf praised a staff member who took their drink order in sign language.

“Martin and the lady on shift with him 19/10/26 (didn’t catch her name) were both very nice and accommodating. New to the city and found the pub to be very welcoming and a good atmosphere. Martin had a good chat with me and made me feel very welcome not only to the venue but the city itself! Best spot in the city centre for me!”

“I've visited for the bottomless brunch a few times recently. I've also dropped in for a few drinks on nights out in Wolverhampton. The food for our latest bottomless brunch was lovely, as we're the cocktails. (There are a nice range on offer or you can enjoy spirits or pints with this offer too.) The service is always fairly quick and really friendly. There's a decent range of cocktails on offer too. The bottomless brunch lasts for 2 hrs rather than the 90mins you get some other places. They offer fantastic value compared with other local establishments offering the same type of thing. (We visited on a Friday afternoon and paid £33 each for a light meal and around 8 cocktails. Prices might be more on a Saturday/Sunday.) They are very accommodating for groups of all sizes. I've visited with large groups (12 people or more) and with a small group of 4. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming as are all the staff I've met. I wouldn't feel uncomfortable If I popped in for a quick drink still in my work clothes or if I'd dolled myself up either. I should also mention the lovely beer garden. It's really inviting and they light it up with fairy lights after dark. I like it a lot.”

“Popped in here on my own for a quick drink right after college to unwind, and it was exactly what I needed. Even though I was by myself, the atmosphere was brilliant—really welcoming, lively, and relaxed. The staff were fantastic too; incredibly friendly and served me with a smile, which makes all the difference.Stella on Draft Yum!”

“Had a great bottomless brunch. 9 of us on a busy Saturday afternoon. Ellie our waitress was brilliant, kept the cocktails flowing and nothing was too much trouble. Food arrived quickly when ordered. Really good value. Thank you to Ellie for looking after us so well. Xx”
