About Sherringtons
Sherringtons is a bar in Wigan at 57 Kenyon Rd, with a large bar dominating the main room in a classic layout. Up to six hand pulls carry guest ales that change regularly, and both keg and cask beers are on offer. Ciders sit alongside them, including a Mango Cider, and a large gin selection rounds out the drinks. Live music is part of the venue's appeal, and an upstairs room adds space beyond the main bar. Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the beer selection, with several praising the ales on the bar, both keg and cask, and guest beers that change regularly. Others mention the huge range of ciders and gin, and one names the Mango Cider. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and relaxed, and a few note a welcoming atmosphere, a terrace at the front and live music at weekends, with one specifying Sunday. An upstairs room is also mentioned. The caveats are small but specific. One reviewer found the furniture layout a little odd and felt the room doesn't flow well, another calls the prices on the pricey side, and one wished the pub sat further back from the road. One reviewer marked down a star because jäger bombs weren't served. A reviewer visiting in a heatwave described the bar as nice and cool, with delicious drinks.

“This was a fantastic pub for drinking, with a classic bar layout including the many options at the back as well as front! The place has the bonus of having Mango Cider available, seating is comfortable and staff were relaxed. Cleanliness had been enforced, decorations create a jolly vibe around winter and the toilets were kept clean too!”
