  “Absolutely fantastic experience at Kabul Restaurant! The food was fresh, authentic, and full of rich flavours. Every dish was cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The restaurant was clean, had a lovely atmosphere, and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for delicious Afghan cuisine and great hospitality, I highly recommend Kabul Restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “We had food at Kabul Restaurant in Cheetham Hill, and honestly the food was absolutely amazing. The authentic Kabuli taste was excellent, especially the Kabuli Pulao and Karahi — everything was fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. The service was also very good, and the restaurant had a nice welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy proper Afghan/Kabuli food in Manchester. Very nice food, great taste, and a lovely experience. Highly recommended!”

  “Ristorante was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and welcoming, making it the perfect place for a relaxing meal. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely valued throughout the evening. The food was exceptional, especially the Afghani dishes, which were full of rich, authentic flavors and beautifully prepared. Every meal was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and presented with great care. The kebabs were tender and delicious, the rice dishes were aromatic and flavorful, and the traditional spices gave every bite a unique and memorable taste.”

  “I visited this restaurant hoping to spend some peaceful time with my family and enjoy a relaxing meal. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, not because of the food or the decor, but because of the atmosphere and customer service. As soon as we entered, there was a man sitting near the entrance staring at us, which made us feel uncomfortable. When I went to the desk to book a table, there was no greeting, no welcome, and not even a simple "hello." After being seated, we immediately noticed how noisy the restaurant was. There was constant shouting, loud conversations, and what sounded like staff arguing or calling out mixed-up orders. The open kitchen made the noise even more noticeable. My family and I had driven all the way from Chester expecting a pleasant dining experience, but instead we struggled to relax because of the constant noise. In my opinion, a restaurant manager should create a calm and enjoyable atmosphere where customers can enjoy their meals. Some staff members also appeared untidy, and the overall presentation did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from a restaurant. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service. Throughout our visit, there was little interaction from the staff, and when we paid our bill of over £100 and left, nobody thanked us, asked how our meal was, or even said goodbye. A simple thank you or farewell would have made a big difference, especially when dining with children. I am not writing this review to be unfair or to damage the restaurant's reputation. I simply want to point out areas that need improvement. Better customer service, a quieter atmosphere, improved staff professionalism, and basic hospitality would significantly improve the experience for future customers. These are simple changes, but they could make a huge difference.”

  “It was a good experience. We went for a post dinner thing. Everything was served fresh. Ambience was good. It was a clean place. They mentioned no raita/sauce with grilled chicken, had to add mixed salad separately; which was unusual. We went after 10pm, parked on the other side of the road. I don't know how you would go about parking during rush hours.”

  “Absolutely Stunning Food & Service! This was our first time trying Afghan cuisine, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us fantastic recommendations, making it easy to choose dishes we’d enjoy. Every bite was delicious—an absolute success! The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to come back for more. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return soon to try even more of their amazing dishes!”

  “This was a great little find, first time visiting the place after looking for a spot to eat. Food was good, staff were helpful, nice setting. The only slight criticism, and this is a regular this with restaurants, the soft drinks were flat. The wash room could do with some attention. The sinks were clogged at the time of the visit and needed a clean.”
