Customer Review Summary
Friendly bar staff are what reviewers raise most. Several describe a bartender who stayed welcoming and quick through the peak train rush, and another bartender who chatted about a recent trip. Close behind is the setting, a Victorian building with a glass dome that reviewers call beautiful and full of history, and a relaxed stop before or after a train. Drinkers mention a good beer selection and a happy hour Guinness they consider great value, while others come for coffee, an oat latte, or a lemonade and half a Guinness. A few add that darts and a pool table are on hand, the music is decent and the bar was not too crowded. One reviewer found it dog friendly, and the dog was given its own sausage and bacon sandwich from the breakfast deal along with a bowl of water.

“I was exhausted when I arrived with my dog Chanel. She was thirsty, hungry and tired. Courtney was amazing and so friendly. We rested our weary feet and shared the breakfast deal. I had an oat latter and Chanel had her own sausage and bacon sandwich, bowl of water, and a little of my weak oat latter I found the venue to be so dog friendly and a perfect rest place with excellent toilet facilities. It was friendly, fun and full of history”
