Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the 2-for-1 cocktails, with the rum punch and colada singled out, and several mention quick service and ordering by QR code on the outdoor tables. Close behind is the staff, described as friendly and attentive, especially at Christmas parties and the bottomless brunch, where one vegetarian reviewer found plenty of options on both menus. Groups also mention birthday and family celebrations going smoothly. The criticism is mostly about a single visit and a service charge. One couple booked before the cinema and were seated beside two hen parties and a birthday group, waited a long time for drinks, and found two of the four dishes in the Pan-Asian Chicken Trio lukewarm, though the flavours were great. Another reviewer felt the added 12.5% service charge was not justified by service that was only ok, and called the food nice but not the greatest street food. The lukewarm dishes were raised with staff, who sent over a free cocktail as an apology.

“Pre booked a table for a bite to eat before the cinema. As a couple we were put next to two hen party's and a birthday party when there were better tables in the restaurant. Sat there for a while before someone came and asked us if we had ordered drinks, which we hadn't but we did get a bowl of prawn crackers. Ordered drinks and food at the same time. We ordered the sharing Pan-Aisian Chicken Trio. We waited what seemed a long time for drinks. Actually wondered at one point 8f we would get the food first. Food came out. Looked amazing, however two of the four dishes were luke warm and the third and fourth dishes were perfect. Don't know if they got the timings wrong and the dishes were sat waiting for the third. The dish flavours were great. Woukd have been better if they were all warm. Mentioned it to staff and got a free cocktail as an apology. Overall okay. Seating could have been better and also the food. Will give it another chance one day soon.”

“Great find for a last minute choice- saw an empty table outside and decided to order food as well as cocktails which were 241. Really good value and all very delicious. I would recommend and we went back for a drink the following night.”
