  “So many games to choose! It cam get busy and crowded but you need to book some games in advance. The hospitality was great. You can order food and drinks from your table or you can go to the bar.”

  “Roxy Ball Room is a really fun place with a great range of activities to choose from, making it a good option for a group day or night out. There’s plenty to keep you entertained, and the staff are always really friendly and helpful. The venue has a modern feel, with a good atmosphere and a great selection of food and drinks available. Everything feels well looked after, and there’s a good variety of games and activities to suit different groups. The only downside is that it can be quite expensive, especially if you’re staying for a while or doing multiple activities. However, the overall experience is enjoyable and it’s a great place to visit for something a bit different. Overall, a really entertaining venue with friendly staff, good facilities and plenty to do.”

  “We had a work event here last week and everyone had a blast! The games are great and the atmosphere here was really good. Kat was a great server, dealing with such a large group and keeping all their orders staight. There was only one person on the bar and it was quite busy (thursday evening) which meant there was quite a long wait for drinks at times.”

  “Been last week and liked it so much we thought we'd come back again. Unfortunately this time we was greeted at the door by a very rude and arogant security demanding id. Now I understand this is company policy and has to be done but there is a polite way to do it and theres a way we've been treated today... Shocking. Before my partner was even able to present her id the guard shouted over "dont speak to me, im not letting you both in anyway". I asked if I could go in and speak to main desk and try to resolve the matter but was denied entry to the venue. Other guard came out and said he already spoke to main desk and cancelled our booking and we should receive a refund. As soon as I asked for the first guards name he replied "whats your name, I'm not telling you" then disappeared inside and did not come out till we left. Ended up having to call landline to make sure the cancellation has been done. Didn't get any confirmations or receipts. Appalling service by the security which seems to be your front of house representing the company. Evening ruined, had to go and try to find something last minute which on Saturday night in Manchester isn't the easiest thing to do.”

  “Just left after an early evening date night (England play tonight so wanted to miss the rush in the city centre for the football). Loved the vibe. The food and the drinks. Paid for three games, food and a drink each. Worth every penny. Came to £80 for the 3 and a half hours we were there. And I felt like I'd robbed them. The staff were all lovely and down to have a laugh. Which is lovely to see. We played pool, crazy pool and Darts. You get and hour for pool and darts and never felt rushed. Just good vibes all throughout the visit. We will definitely be back. May even pay for three hours of darts.”

  “Great fun place, staff are welcoming and friendly, they explain how it all works and set you up on your game then leave you to it. You can order food and drink at the bar or at your table. Will visit again when next in the area.”

  “We had such a great time at Roxy Ball Room and a huge part of that was thanks to Kat! She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish — really friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She created such a fun atmosphere and made the whole experience even better. Great service can make all the difference and Kat definitely did that. Thanks again for making our visit so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back!”

  “Want to start off with the best about this place which is definitely the staff, they are super kind, helpful and informative, especially if you don’t know how to play the games, they ask you first. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but he has dark brown curlyish hair with glasses, he was superb, lovely and the sweetest. Best customer service I have witnessed in a while. This place full of different games was something new to me and haven’t done before, really recommend this wonderful spot. Toilets super clean. I haven’t gotten to try the food here but I am sure it’s delicious. A signature cocktail drink I would recommend is Electric Feel as seen in one of the photos! I will be back again once I visit Manchester again (:”
