  “in my opinion coming here you really pay for the view. the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. the server we had was also really kind and tried to give us recommendations. I had a cocktail that was definitely free poured because it was way too strong and not really enjoyable. my boyfriend had a mocktail which was okay but you can just tell it had something missing. for the price I expected a bit more. also something that I find slightly concerning is that im 20 and I look quite young and I did not get my ID checked. come here if you want a good view over manchester (especially at night) but don‘t expect amazing drinks.”

  “We visited Cloud 23 for the Three Cocktail Flight, which at just £30 offered excellent value for money. It was a truly wonderful evening, and I would like to personally thank the team for providing such a memorable experience. The cocktails were beautifully presented, expertly crafted, and full of flavour. Combined with the stunning panoramic views of the city, it made for a visit that was worth every penny. We would highly recommend Cloud 23 to anyone looking for exceptional cocktails in a beautiful setting.”

  “This review is for Sky High Co-Working on the 23rd floor. The space is great, with amazing views and a really relaxed atmosphere. The standout though was Yali. Whoever hired her made a brilliant decision. She has such a welcoming, positive energy and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back.”

  “The venue is elegant and the panoramic view is beautiful. I had an afternoon tea with my family coming from abroad and we had an afternoon tea. Everyone agreed that about how good the view is. The sandwiches and the desserts were all very good but I was pleasantly surprised by the savouries. I like the idea to dedicate the desserts to the Manchester landmarks visible from the sky bar. Special thanks to our waitress Luana who was very kind and helpful and could speak in Italian with my family which was a big help. Overall a very good experience”

The atmosphere was stylish and intimate, providing the perfect setting for a dressed-up night with stunning views over the Manchester skyline. I particularly appreciated how the bar feels luxurious and high-end without being pretentious. Additionally, your staff were genuinely lovely—attentive and quick to ensure we felt well looked after from the moment we arrived. The cocktails were beautiful and expertly crafted, making the experience and the city views well worth the visit. It is the perfect venue for celebrations or a special night out, and I will certainly be recommending Cloud 23 to others.   “Firstly, the views are outstanding. Manchester is genuinely evolving into a London-esque city.The service was excellent throughout. The team were warm and attentive, with Sophie in particular standing out for her friendliness, and a lovely gentleman delivering our food who added to the experience. Reception also set the tone well with a welcoming arrival.A nice local touch was the Vimto jam - fantastic on the scones and a great nod to Manchester’s heritage. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.”

  “Our first time to Cloud 23 and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We had afternoon tea and cocktails the Vimtini was our favourite absolutely delicious. The presentation was amazing and the service fast and friendly. We went for a birthday occasion and they provided a free glass of prosecco which was a nice surprise. The views overlooking Manchester were amazing and I would highly recommend going.”
