  “We’re one of two tables at the entire restaurant. There’s at least two wait staff and one cook amongst others. Somehow when I order a drink it doesn’t come for 15 min until I remind the lady what I ordered. The wait staff seemed completely unbothered and angry that we’ve come,almost as if we’re disrupting their time chatting. The food was lovely and it’s in a nice location but customer service could be better. Chef was lovely but experience definitely depends on location, angel always welcoming and kind very different experience this time around.”

  “Lucas was excellent and his service was consistently attentive. When we didn’t have enough room for water he put two tables next to each other. Very good service. Absolutely amazing food and salad bar. My favourite out of all of them was the rump! I even asked for more after the whole round was over and they came back with more! The sangria was also amazing and was my first time trying, definitely worth £9! Come here on a weekday because it’s more chill and not many people so it’s very calm! Thank you for amazing food and service 10/10”

  “It was our first experience with Brazilian Food. We loved every Steak they served us. The Buffet was great, too. The Employees had been very kind to us. We could choose the table where wanted to sit. The Atmosphere felt very Brazilian, the Music as well. The Toilets were clean and hygienic as well. One could see, that the Interior was designed with great Attention to Detail. You could argue, that the price per Person is quite high, but it's reasonable if you have a Neotaste subscription. I would recommend it if you want something special, that is not ordinary.”

  “I mean the service is good and excellent, but when it comes to food quality, I wouldn’t recommend it. What meat you get to eat depends on what they are delivering, and the quality is poorly managed. Just check out my photo below, and others are just plain and have no flavours. If you have 40 quids, I’d recommend going to any restaurants in Chinatown opposite to this one. Cheers”

  “Perfect just perfectly cooked meat, time after time until you say no more. Booked as a birthday treat. Friendly welcome on arrival. All the staff stopped to speak with us and made us feel like we were special customers. Every conceivable meat served all deliciously juicy and tasty. Hot and cold Buffet to accompany the meat - the corn was perfect ! Then if you have room and only a fiver the biggest and best cheesecake desert Thank you all for a great meal 😊😊😊”

  “The meats and buffet menu is a very good deal. The food is tasty and good quality for the price tag. The service is fast and the staff are friendly. Very nice central location with a very pleasant atmosphere and good music. The Rotizio Grill menu costs 35£ all you can eat. Highly recommend 👌”

  “The staff were professional and courteous. The meats were very delicious, and the items offered at the open buffet were also of high quality and very tasty. Additionally, if you show your theatre ticket, you receive an extra 20% discount. I would definitely recommend this place.”

  “It was my first time trying Brazilian food, and unfortunately it wasn’t really to my personal taste. I did appreciate that steaks were served continuously, but there were a few points that affected our overall experience. For a table meant for two people, the space felt quite limited. I barely had room to place my handbag, and when the steak was being cut, pieces sometimes fell onto the table and sauces even onto my bag. I personally prefer dining in a very clean and comfortable environment, so this stood out to me. The main issue, however, was the food itself. I’m a big foodie, and if the food had been great, I wouldn’t have paid much attention to the surroundings or service. Unfortunately, some of the steaks were too salty for us to enjoy. Beans were salty too. My partner usually finishes his meal even if it’s just average, but this time he couldn’t, which was surprising. Although it was a buffet, we didn’t really enjoy the experience, and considering the price of £33 per person, it felt disappointing. I hope improvements can be made in the future. Staffs were amiable <3.”

  “Had an incredible meal at Preto in the West End last night. I’ve been to a few Brazilian steakhouses before, but this one genuinely stood out. The quality of the meat was exceptional, everything came out perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked just the way I like it. Every cut had its own flavour and the rotation never slowed down. You could tell the chefs take pride in what they serve. The service was just as impressive. Staff were extremely attentive without ever being overbearing. Drinks were topped up quickly, plates were cleared as soon as we finished, and they always checked in to make sure we were enjoying the food or if there was any particular cut we wanted more of. It felt like they genuinely cared about giving us a great dining experience. Overall, a brilliant evening with great atmosphere, great food, and genuinely welcoming service. Would absolutely go back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves good-quality meat and friendly, attentive staff.”
