  “I have read about how Nandos went from a great restaurant to below average and today I experienced it. 4 chicken thighs and 2 sides - price and quality get 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. It's used to be great. "It's not the customer that comes through the door. It's the customer that comes back that matters". For sure I won't be back. To add insult to injury - they got the order wrong. Nando's - it the battle cry before defeat!”

  “We waited a very long time for just a quarter chicken with fries and coleslaw. The customer service was poor, and the food did not meet my expectations. I came all the way from Canada, excited to try Nando‘s in London because of all the positive things I had heard, but this experience left a really bitter taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant, and I most definitely will not be returning. I prefer the nandos here in Canada and appreciate the customer service I get here in comparison.”

  “Disappointed meal! I had a good Nando's experience in Liverpool couple of years ago. But over the years, Nando's quality is not as good as the number of its customers. There were too much of burned chicken pieces and the meat was too dry for Nando's standard. By the way, some of the staffs look exhausted to gove a good service, but lucky enough some of them are very attentive to keep the restaurant's reputation.”

  “We are big fans of Nando's and have been to many locations. This is probably the worse managed site we have been to in years! We arrived and the site was almost empty, tons of seats, yet we had to wait a looong time at the entrance before someone decided to attend us and bring ms us to a table. The place is dirty, tables with food on it left for over 1h (the time we stayed) with staff people passing by and not cleaning anything (see pic). Then the most shocking is that when we arrived we asked to be seated in one of the nice boths below (there are 4 of those. 2 were empty). We were told that impossible, these are reserves for the staff!!! During our entire stay, 2 of those tables were occupied with staff having a nice chat and 2 other tables remained empty and un-used. See pic). Whoever owns this location should wake-up and change management...”

  “I had an amazing time. I want to thank our amazing hostess Saudi for her lovely smile and prompt service. She checked in on us and made sure we were have an amazing customer experience. She makes Nando Soho great. Would come again.”

  “Took longer than expected for seating and food I ordered a chicken burger and bun was soo cold so biting into a cold bun then a really hot chicken is not fun. The fries portion was better than the other Nando’s No saka sauce sadly”

  “Pretty good but definitely tasted like a rotisserie chicken from a grocery store with flavorful sauce on it. For being $40+ for a medium size chicken and small bowl of rice, I think it’s a little too pricy for what you get.”

  “I had an amazing experience at Nando’s Soho! The food was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were really friendly. A special shoutout to Sanni, who gave such a warm welcome to everyone and provided fantastic service throughout my visit. She really made the experience even better! Definitely a 10/10”
