  “I had an absolutely amazing experience at Haidilao Hot Pot! I went for the premium buffet hotpot and everything was incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The variety of ingredients and high-quality food made the whole experience unforgettable. Every dish was so tasty and perfectly prepared definitely one of the best hotpot experiences I’ve had in London. I also really appreciated that the restaurant offers halal options, which made the visit even better for me. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent throughout the meal, and the staff were always attentive and happy to help with anything we needed. The restaurant itself was also very neat, clean, and well organized, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the food. Overall, the experience was amazing delicious halal hotpot, outstanding customer service, and a lovely environment. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back again!”

  “Just visited Haidilao Piccadilly and had to share — their new Golden Chicken & Fish Maw Hotpot is amazing! 😍 The soup is rich and golden, but not too heavy, and you can actually see the whole chicken leg and fish maw in the pot — super satisfying. Staff recommended drinking the soup first, and I get it now… it’s like a warm, cozy hug in a bowl. I tried a few add-ons too — the lamb shoulder was tender and flavorful, the golden egg dumplings were sweet and soft, and the veggies soaked up all that soup goodness. Everything just tastes fresh and well-prepared. Also, their 0.99£ member items are insane value! Perfect if you want to add rice, egg, or other little extras without hurting your wallet. Service was, as expected, top-notch — friendly, attentive, and just fun. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a casual hangout or a comforting meal. Highly recommend if you’re around Piccadilly or even The O2 — now available in three UK locations!”

  “I was really impressed by the service. When we mentioned that the food was spicy, the staff( XiaoLin ) quickly brought us soy milk and jelly without us even asking. They were so thoughtful and attentive throughout the whole meal. The food was great, but the service made the experience even better. Thank you for XiaoLin!”
