“I absolutely love The Loose Box! It's clean, spacious, the food is great and drinks are fairly priced (lovely cocktails too)! All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming, but Jeevan deserves a special mention as I have noticed how he has completely elevated The Loose Box, with his exceptional customer service and attention to detail. From warmly greeting guests at the entrance to taking the time to check that everything is just right, it’s clear he really cares about creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere! There are plenty of places to go for a drink in the area, but the environment that Jeevan has created is what really sets The Loose Box apart. It’s the reason my friends and I keep coming back! It’s become one of our favourite spots to unwind after work (especially for a prosecco!!) Highly recommend!”

“I come here almost every Thursday after work and absolutely love it! The vibe has always been wonderful but the service has really improved and is truly incredible now since Jeevan has joined!! Jeevan’s attentiveness, efficiency, positive attitude and quality service has made Loose Box a firm after work favourite - I used to come every once in a while and now my colleagues and I come without exception, every week because of the service and atmosphere since he joined and made his mark!! My only request is for American Express cards to be accepted again 🙏🏾🙏🏾 but otherwise, don’t change anything!!”

“Rach was our server. She helped us understand the portion sizes, as we preferred to eat starters and wings. She was attentive, friendly and efficient! The chorizo & applewood cheese croquettes were that delicious I’m pretty sure they’ve spoiled us from ever eating another one in our lives!! They were done to perfection. Good choice on size of plates. We also had the hummus & pita. We ran out of pita but they provided us more no charge. Honestly,it was exactly what we wanted and atmosphere and service outstanding! I’d definitely recommend popping in here!”
