  “"Where is the nearest greasy - spoon, our mate?" I asked the Coach driver as we retrieved my mobile phone "that place near is £19 quid a plate!" "There is a reasonably priced Wetherspoon restaurant round the corner" he gesticulated with his hands "ate there once." I left my phone in the Coach and was really lucky to retrieve it. Photos, words to learn in Sanskrit, screenplay blah blah blah are all within. Trodded to Wetherspoon's and ordered a Full Enhlish. £8.48. Not bad at all as you can discern from the attached pic. Cup of tea £2 but you can enjoy as many as you can. There is a lift available if you went around the back. Just ask a member of staff”

  “My favourite out the two there's another Wetherspoons 5 minutes away but a lot smaller this one a lot more space nice to chill out 😎 went for the Korean sticky bowl had it with coconut rice 🍚🥥”

  “Ordered 3 drinks and sat at a table outside the restaurant. But we were asked to leave as dog was not allowed even on the outside seating area. The staff was apologetic and put our drinks in plastic cups. Didn't see any sign, and weren't offered refund, seem strange as dog was allowed in the station and allowed on the train.”

  “Another spoon right at Victoria station, located on the first floor, a good pitstop before heading to different parts of the country, as expected prices were a bit steep but the service was quick, food was brilliant, beer was cold. That explains the place. Only drawback would be that there are very little charging ports near tables, making it a hassle. Recommended.”

  “Spoons Victoria is one of the better Spoons I have been in. Spacoius and a great place to people watch, sitting on their balcony you see a vast array of public travellers. All bustling about on their business. The service via the app was brilliant and the food we had, Katsu curry, was good. We were headed for a show at Cadogan Hall and wanted a quick meal before we went there. The great thing about Spoons is that you can get decent food quickly. It sure beats other "fast food" outlets in quality and variety.”

  “I dropped in here for supper on my way home from a walk. The food was excellent, the service as quick and efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly visit again when passing through, and would recommend others do so as well.”

  “Wasn't a long experience as i had a train to catch, but i imagine thats the case for a lot of the clientel. But it was nice in there. I went in around 10 on a tuesday and it was pretty quiet, but with a few people milling around. Can get a meal for a decent price, and drinks are still a better price than most pubs within 2 miles. The service for my drink and 2 hash browns was quite good as well. Atmosphere might be a bit different later in the day or at weekends. For those travelling l, they also have a board with train times which will tell the platform. Will definitely go again if catching a national train in the morning at victoria, probably get there a bit earlier to uave a proper brekkie =)”

  “Can’t grumble, can’t fault it! I swung by for a nice bit of breakfast this morning as I was traveling through. I had the small fry-up and added some extra bacon 🥓- perfect to start my day of traveling 👌🏼 Despite being rush-hour on a Thursday morning I found the place to be almost empty. For the money the breakfast was fine, service was perfectly good and I found it to be at a good level of cleanliness, even the Gents toilets were in good shape. I chose to sit by the window which gave me a great vantage point to look across the station foyer to people watch.”

  “Lunch Experience at Wetherspoons I suggested to my sister and cousin from the States to have lunch at Wetherspoons due to my previous positive experiences there. I ordered sausage, beans, and chips, while my sister chose boneless chicken bites, and my cousin went for a Mediterranean salad. We placed our order at the bar, which included glasses of juice with all three meals. Shortly after, a bar staff member came to our table with one glass of orange juice, and another glass of orange and lemonade, claiming that we had left them at the bar. When my sister pointed out that he was one orange juice short and that she and her cousin didn’t want ice in their drinks, he insisted there were only two drinks on the order and that we should have mentioned our preference regarding ice at the time of ordering. Despite this, he said he would check the receipt to confirm if all orders included a drink. He returned with the third glass of orange juice and placed it on the table. Unfortunately, this staff member’s attitude put a damper on what had been a wonderful day. It was my cousin’s first trip to the UK, and this experience did not reflect well on British hospitality. If it weren't for this staff member's demeanor, I would have given a 5-star rating, as I enjoyed my lunch and had good interactions with the other staff.”
