  “We visited on a Saturday evening with a booking. We were shown to a bar upstairs overlooking the river. No table service and no room to eat food. Drinks service is slow but good selection. It’s busy on a warm evening so a booking is recommended. It’s in a good location to watch the sun setting.”

  “The Barge is a fantastic venue in the summer for drinks, I attend regularly. However, it is absolutely not set up for watching sports. We booked to watch a recent World Cup game but had to leave after 10 minutes as the way they’d organised the seats meant that unless you were in the front row it was impossible to see what was happening.”

  “Had my birthday with Battersea Barge and the service is so good! Staff are really kind and helpful and make my birthday celebration the best it can be. Special shout to the staff Milfried (think that’s his name) who was taking care of all the details and made the experience super wholesome!”

  “We had the most incredible wedding day and cannot thank Bridgit, Shana, and the entire team enough for everything they did for us. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well looked after and completely at ease. Every detail was managed so professionally, and the whole day flowed perfectly from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was special, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. Our guests have not stopped complimenting the venue, the atmosphere, and how smoothly everything was organised. We are so grateful for all the hard work, care, and attention that went into making our wedding day so memorable. Thank you again for giving us such a magical experience — we couldn’t have asked for a better day!”

  “Delicious Indian chicken ghee roast curry and dosa 👌🏻 😋 and such a fantastic setting to eat on the river. Service was fast and friendly, and prices seem very reasonable for London. Highly recommended.”

  “Came here with around 20 people. The atmosphere was amazing, perfect complement to a summer evening. The staff was approachable and ensured our party had the best experience. The goat cheese amd caramelised onion pizza is a must, a standout hit among guests! Honourable mention to the live jazz performer that played the sun out as it set.”

  “Edit: I returned to find they have fixed the pints! Review updated accordingly. This is a good bar in a great location, but there is one big problem - the pints are often flat. I hope this can be resolved because otherwise it’s a lovely spot. The food is good too and the selection of drinks is great.”

  “If you love dark Comedy and love to laugh then this is fun you. It was located in a boat and it was a bit cramped up with people but generally it was not too bad. Would definitely go again if I have the opportunity because they were really funny.”

  “What a cool venue, we went to see a Dark Comedy act. The barge was just perfect for the sell out event. The bar is well stocked, and we had pizza from local business.”
