  “This has been our favourite place to enjoy tasty food and unwind every time we visit Brighton and Hove - whether for a full meal, a pint or some tea. It's a cosy, atmospheric place where the staff are genuinely happy to see you. The chef pays extra attention to making sure everything is delicious, whether it's a main, a small plate or a dessert. It's not only our favourite pub in Rottingdean but in the whole of Brighton & Hove - we visit it whenever we're in the area. The place has a real spirit to it - a unique spot with a nice garden, well worth popping in if you have the opportunity.”

  “A great night with family such a cosy evening and superb food that everyone loved. I had fish and chips with homemade tartar sauce and mushy peas. Lush brownie and ice cream for pudding. Scrumptious. We all loved the music, even though we spanned 2 generations ... we had shazam listening out and I came back with a playlist!! Ohhh and the FIRST on draught zero alcohol beer I've been served, and it was delicious. I highly recommend.”

  “Great Sunday roast really enjoyed out meal great atmosphere lovely experience and the very friendly staff. Nice garden I love how the restaurant have been decorated. live music on mothers day was great we enjoyed our afternoon here we will going back again.”

  “Me and my fella had our wedding reception here. Dec and John could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The decorations were astonishing! Dec also prepared a buffet fit for the queens we are, all our guests were very well fed. Was truly a wonderful night.”
