  “I mean, it’s a Spoons and so you know what to expect, right?! It would be nice to be able to distinguish who the staff are v’s the customers. Appreciate casual dress is the norm but clean casual might be better?! And what is it with staff dropping off drinks at tables and then walking past numerous tables full of plates and glasses numerous times. Surely it would make sense to collect some on your way back to the bar? 🤷‍♀️ So many tables just left full of plates and glasses and tables dirty and wet. Ordering drinks via the app seemed to be way slower than going to the bar. So not the best Spoons experience and possibly not the worst either. Nice setting next to the marina though! 👍🏼”

  “Good location, food and drink good value, however staff attitude was appalling, slow and surly at the bar. We sat outside. Had to clear a table, no one cleared the used plates and glasses, the food arrived missing some items, the waiter sighed and returned some time later with the missing food. The used plates and glasses another tables were attracting pigeons and seagulls. Other customers were complaining, one lady went to the bar and mentioned the bird infestation to staff, meanwhile we were finishing our meal , shooing away the wildlife, a waitress delivering food to another table was "persuaded " the remove and clean the now heavily loaded tables of detritus, the tables were never sprayed or cleaned down, the only satisfied customers were the local wildlife!”

  “Loved it 2nd time on it . An absolute must do when visiting Brighton. Why 3 star when it should be five . The price loses it a star . £40 is excessive for 2 adults. ,Second star lost duration. All over too quickly. Drinks as they are everywhere are expensive. The views, ascent and voice over all beyond reproach which for me gives it the 3 star rating . Thanks for keeping us in the top ten percent of the reviewers more to follow. This is a review for the Brighton i360 not wetherspoons which i have to say I found a very pleasant place . But for some reason TA has made a mistake”
