About Turtle Bay Bath
In Bath, Turtle Bay Bath is a Caribbean restaurant on Bridge St, where a jerk pit marinates food for 24 hours in the kitchen's jerk rub before flame-grilling it. The menu includes jerk pot chicken with jerk gravy, Trini Doubles and sweetcorn fritters, and vegetarian options sit alongside the meat dishes. Cocktails run across a wide list, with a 2 for 1 deal available all day, and mocktails are on the menu for guests who prefer them. Bottomless brunch is booked as a 2 hour slot. The restaurant accepts the Blue Light Card discount. The dining room is upstairs, on the same floor as the kitchen.

Customer Review Summary
Cocktails draw the most praise, especially through the bottomless brunch, where reviewers describe drinks flowing from start to finish with little wait for refills, along with an all-day 2 for 1 deal. The mocktails are called so fresh and tasty that one diner would have thought they were cocktails. Food comes close behind. Trini Doubles and sweetcorn fritters were both very good, followed by jerk pot chicken with jerk gravy and plantain, while others simply call the flavour outstanding and note the vegetarian options. Servers come up repeatedly as friendly and attentive, and solo diners and first-time Caribbean eaters say they felt looked after and had the menu explained. The recurring caveat is the kitchen. One reviewer found the upstairs floor stuffy on a hot day because it shares a level with the kitchen, and another found the smoke from it a little much for the eyes. One hen party on the brunch was allowed to stay past its allocated time at no extra charge and was given complimentary shots.

“My first visit to a Turtle Bay and loved it! We were a party of 8 booked on the 2 hour Bottomless Brunch as a Hen party. Our waitress (sorry forgotten her name, she had the funky hair!) was lovely and attentive throughout. Amazing choice of cocktails, which we enjoyed working our way through. We were allowed to stay over our allocated time and continue enjoying the cocktails as part of the Bottomless Brunch and at no extra charge. And we given complimentary shots! The only thing was that it did feel stuffy at times being upstairs and on the same floor as the kitchen. It was a hot day! That being said, this did not spoil our fun! Thank-you, highly recommend for delicious authentic Caribbean food and amazing cocktails 🍸 🍹excellent service.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic bottomless brunch at Turtle Bay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mattis! The food was brilliant – every dish was delicious, full of flavour, and arrived quickly. The drinks were flowing from start to finish, with an amazing selection of cocktails that were all expertly made. We never felt like we were waiting long for a refill, which really made the experience feel worth every penny. Mattis was exceptional throughout. Friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy, he made sure we had everything we needed and kept the good vibes going the entire time. His service genuinely elevated what was already a great brunch. If you're considering the bottomless brunch at Turtle Bay, do it – fantastic food, endless cocktails, outstanding service, and incredible value for money. We'll definitely be back!”
