About Wealden Hall
Wealden Hall is a pub in Aylesford on London Rd, set in a building with wooden beams, wonky floors, a wishing well and a log fire. The kitchen serves a Sunday roast alongside classic pub dishes, and gluten free options are available for guests who need them. The drinks list runs from cask ales to spirits. Dogs are welcome inside, so regulars can bring their own along for a meal or a pint. A function room hosts celebrations, and upstairs seating gives larger groups space to sit together.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the food at Wealden Hall, with the Sunday roast named as a standout and a Christmas dinner and a birthday party for a large group also praised. Diners describe the dishes as delicious, well presented and warm, and several mention friendly, helpful staff, including one server who carried starters and mains up to a big upstairs party. Close behind is the character of the building, with wooden beams, wonky floors, a wishing well and a log fire, along with a large outdoor seating area. Gluten free options and a staff member who was helpful about an allergy come up, and a few call the prices reasonable. The main caveat is the drinks and the heat. One reviewer found a Cruzcampo, a Moretti and a Peroni all flat and terrible, though the beer garden itself was lovely, while another praised the beer as perfect. One party noted the building has no air con and was very warm, yet they still felt welcome and well looked after.

“Lovely place to have a bite and drink. The garden area has ample tables and chairs with enough space to spread out so you are not too close to other patrons. The food is freshly made and their menu is good. The service is also very attentive, would highly recommend”

“Really enjoyable lunch there, very well priced. Lovely old pub, definitely on my list to visit again. Staff were polite and helpful. It was in a heatwave, but that didn't affect their good service.”

“Went for a Birthday party with 26 others. Sat upstairs. Emily was fantastic, she single handedly bought everyone starters and mains up and made sure we were well looked after! The food was lovely, well presented and warm - Although the building has no air con and was very warm, the place was nice and we were made to feel very welcome by the team.”
