“Dishes on the set menu were not available. Nobody came to ask if we wanted a dessert or coffee. We had to go inside to order drinks. Table service was 'limited' to say the least yet service still added to the bill.”

“Went for a birthday celebration today. Staff were very attentive, food was ruined by the number of flies in the restaurant area, shame because although the decor was dated and showing signs of wear and tear it could have been a lovely meal if they had some form of fly deterrent”

“I recently went to a large birthday party for a friend. It was beautifully organised, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was efficient, professional and friendly. The ambience was lovely. I would recommend this restaurant very highly .”

“It is not often I give a 1-star review to any business, however, our visit this Sunday was deeply disappointing. We stopped for a quick drink and a portion of chips. The lady behind the bar was super polite, very helpful, and professional. We ordered the Billionaire Fries with parmesan and prosciutto. We were served by a lady I believe was the manageress. She acknowledged the fact that there was no prosciutto and simply walked away with no apology. I thought to myself it wasn't a reason to moan and carried on. Straight after, I noticed there was also no parmesan on the fries. As the kitchen had already closed, I didn't want to cause a headache for the kitchen staff who surely just wanted to go home after a long Sunday shift, knowing a member of management would easily rectify this. When we finished, the manager came up to clear the table. I mentioned I was a bit disappointed as we ordered chips with parmesan and prosciutto and just got plain chips. I got a vague apology and absolutely no will to rectify the mistake. I have run a number of restaurants, opened a few, and owned one in the past. I don’t know how anyone who is serious about the customer experience can deal with an issue like this—or rather, completely ignore it. I gave them the opportunity to fix the problem and got brushed under the carpet. Rather poor performance.”
