  “Had a really great time at The Belvedere! The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special shout-out to George, Jarryn, and Robert behind the bar — they were all friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. Rianna and Louisa were also brilliant, and the food runners did a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, a lovely experience and definitely a pub we’d be happy to visit again. Highly recommend!”

  “We were there for father's day. Firstly, its a lovely pub. The food was amazing. The let downs were the fact it took over a hour to be served mains and I get it was busy for the occasion but it would have been better for staff to recognise this and provide updates. Also I ordered steak but I had to ask for a steak knife. Its very rare for me to give a 3☆ and say I'd definitely come back at a less busier time but I'll be coming back 💯 as this may become a regular for when im seeking a food craving!”

  “Staff were very friendly and polite, good on site parking. The roast was very nice, especially the pork which I enjoyed. I would reccomend the roast.”

  “Excellent food with excellent service from Zoe! We had 2 babies under 1 with us and we were made to feel so comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be coming back for more delicious food.”

  “We've visited your place on Saturday. Great place and we were really impressed sitting in the beer garden. There was a bit of a strong smell of seafood when we entered though. Squid was great and that's why we decided to order fish after. Unfortunately our fish and chips reeked. Literally smelled like fish was off and belonged in a bin long time ago. For some reason chef decided to serve it anyway. Luckily we haven't touched it and saved ourselves a lot of trouble. I know how fresh fish smells, I've spent nearly a decade working as a chef in Italian restaurants in UK and Italy. This fish has turned a couple of days ago, but regardless, chef passed us a message that that is how haddock smells when fresh.... I'm sorry but you need to speak with your kitchen staff about standards.”

  “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Belvedere in Virginia Water is an absolute gem — my go‑to spot every single time. It’s perfectly located with easy parking, making it the ideal place to stop before or after a walk around the stunning Virginia Water lakes. Whether it’s breakfast, a cosy coffee, a refreshing drink, or even a cheeky glass of vino, it always feels like the right choice. I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday back on Sunday 22nd Feb there, and they were wonderfully accommodating, welcoming two fluffy four‑legged friends, Leo Bear and Max, and a group of 11 adults with ease. The food was exceptional, every dish warm, delicious, and served with a genuine smile. The service is consistently phenomenal, no matter how busy they are. It’s a place I love visiting with my dog, with friends, with family, truly anyone. Beautiful location, easy to reach, consistently great food, and a team that makes you feel cared for. A firm favourite in every way.”

  “Fantastic restaurant and the food was really good quality. It was greeted as soon as he walked into the restaurant and was seated in a booth area. Who was drawn to the small stream and down pods that side of the premises which looks really good at night. It wasn’t the right weather for it, but it definitely looks really good. It was greeted by a pleasant waitress and from ordering was served pretty quickly General atmosphere was good and was busy for a Sunday evening. There is parking on the premises, but when you check into the restaurant, we entered the numberplate there but is monitored by camera For two adults and two children worked out around £75 which given the quality didn’t seem too bad.”

  “We made a last minute Christmas booking for a party of 8, the service was great, didn’t feel rushed at all, amazing food and ambiance! Would definitely recommend and visit again and they are dog friendly even brought a blanket for my little one to sit on the bench :)”

  “Had a lovely roast here last weekend. The scallops starter was really good, duo of beef roast ditto and the crumble to finish was genuinely one of the best crumbles I’ve had. Staff were friendly too, in a nice environment. No complaints at all.”

The staff here truly go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with everything, from the service to the little details that make a big difference. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, which is a huge bonus for all you pet owners. I highly recommend visit. 🤩”
