“Unsure why Gugle have asked me to review the Carters? I was last in there in 2015 and to be honest it kept a really good pint. The pub was filthy though, just like a real boozer should be. Haven't got a scooby-doo what it's like nowadays, great to hear it's still going. Many pubs closed down these days, look at what's happen to the Rifleman Arms down the road. They've built a load of unnecessary dwellings for the middle classes. I'll probably bob in to the Carters again soon and give their real ale a test once again. See you soon.”

“Fantastic pub for the footy. Great atmosphere and quick service. Quite busy inside but if the weather is nice the beer garden will be packed. Not sure if they still put the telly outside for the matches. One of only a couple of pubs in Wilmslow that is kid free which is a mega bonus. No stars for food as it's a proper drinking pub.”
