“Food was good for the price. Tables were left uncleared despite staff bringing out food and walking back to the kitchen empty handed. Nice little outside 'NO SMOKING ' are but seemingly doesn't apply to vaping.”

“Been going to Stratford-upon-Avon twice a year for over 20 years every time we always go for breakfast. This morning my breakfast was horrid. My toast was still frozen in middle, my eggs were like comedy rubber eggs that were also cold. My bacon was cooked but stone cold. The only thing I could eat was a sausage and hash brown. This was the case for my partner too. When asked if everything was alright I told the waiter everything was cold and and toast was still frozen they just said oh I don't know how that's happened and walked on. If id not been in such a hurry id have asked for another breakfast. Having breakfast in hotel from now on.”

“Absolutely awful 😡 A load of their employees were drinking, at the time I attended. Apparently it was one of their birthdays! They were screaming and shouting all night! The manager allowed this to continue. Kicking out or disciplining anyone who complained about the very poor service at the bar! She was prioritising serving her friends / colleagues over regular customers and the service was terrible 😡! When it got to last orders, she wouldn't serve my friend and I, but continued to serve the off shift staff members! One of which was so drunk, he was crying like a little baby (no exaggeration) 😂 She tried to make out like I had done something wrong and tried to kick me out! Luckily I was ready to leave anyway 😊. 0/10, staff and service were awful! Wouldn't revisit! Tom 18/08/26 PS, This is one of their staff members, drunk and crying like a child 😂😂😂) 👍”

“Dirty wine glass and dirty fork when we were served (we had to ask for both to be replaced), and the table hadn’t been cleaned. All of the surrounding tables were covered with empty glasses, and despite the pub not being busy, none of the staff cleared them. One of our meals was served with ham that looked awful, as shown in the photo. On the bowl of beans on the other plate, there was some white sauce that wasn’t part of the meal. This was the dirtiest Spoons we’ve ever been to. Very disappointing!”

“Very comfortable and cozy seating, lots of available room for guests. Menu was diverse and everything we ordered was pretty good! It was a solid choice, as we visited about 3 times.”
