“We went out for a birthday lunch, had 3X beef roasts + 1 lamb roast, starter + desserts. The roast was good. Portion size is a bit small. Service was a bit poor as I noticed ONLY the waiter/ waitress who serve your table will look after you. I wanted some extra sauce and our waiter also served table across the room and the piano in between block his view to our table. When trying to get help from other waiters/ waitresses nearby, they just turn away and pretend they did not see you. Bad service overall in my opinion although the waiter who serve our table was ok but did not check on us. Toilet is 2 set of stairs down and if you have mobility issues, then it’s a problem.”
