Customer Review Summary
Brunch is the draw at this MediaCityUK spot, with reviewers most often praising the food itself: the pancake stack with banana, chocolate and pecan, the Bronx Brunch, scrambled eggs with bagel, and sausages with hash potatoes. Close behind is the beef brisket, called soft, flavoursome and smoky, and the pickles and caramel macchiato each get a mention. Several credit the chefs and describe the servers as friendly, attentive and welcoming, with generous portions and a nice atmosphere. One reviewer calls prices slightly high but says the food justifies it, and another notes the place was packed on a Saturday morning. The caveats come from a three-star visit where the pancake benedict and cinnamon apple and sultana pancakes were fine but flat, and the service felt disorganized: drinks went to the wrong table, the wrong bill arrived, and the server yawned while taking the order. Another diner says orders took a little longer than ideal, though the setting made it easy to sit and chat.

“We had such a lovely brunch here! Our waitress Monika was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I had the pancake stack with banana, chocolate and pecan and it was absolutely amazing — so delicious! Darshini had the Bronx Brunch, which she really enjoyed too. Would definitely recommend!”

“Had a brilliant breakfast with friends we were visiting in Manchester. The food was absolutely delicious; generous portions and quality. Monika and Josh looked after us throughout. Attentive, friendly, and quick. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Manchester!”

“Food was great, atmosphere was very nice, and we enjoyed all the moose themed touches. Our waitress (Evi) was lovely and very helpful, and our meals (cooked by Wojtek) were all delicious. Perhaps took a little longer than ideal for our orders to arrive, but it wasn’t the end of the world as it was a nice environment to just sit and chat. Otherwise all brilliant, thank you!”
