  “Arrived and was seated straight away. Menu was dirty so we grabbed another one (really should wipe down the menus). I ordered at the counter but you have an option of ordering at your table. Food arrived quick, plentiful can’t really go wrong with a Nandos …. As expected. Had deserts they were well worth it! Plenty of sauces to choose from and bottles were clean. My only real criticism was tables weren’t cleared quick enough and behind the counter looking into the kitchen there was a lot of food on the floor and it just looked dirty, Not a good look! I feel staff were stretched so not their fault maybe senior management need to look at staffing levels as place could do with being cleaned.”

The Secret Ingredient: Amazing People You won't find any of those headset-wearing, head-down zombies here. Nope! It's all helpful smiles, genuine care, and a bit of banter—like they actually want to be there. Imagine that! It's an entire staff rotation of nice, friendly faces, not a miserable soul in sight. It's truly baffling how they manage to keep the energy up like that. Even the tech works! The app ordering is slicker than a fresh drizzle of PERinaise, the drinks arrive with lightning speed, and they check in on you. Not once. Not twice. They genuinely seem to care that you’re having a good time, and that's just brilliant. The Perfect Pit Stop Daytime dining here is the best, and it always seems to attract the nicest customers. It must be a magnet for good vibes, or maybe, just maybe, the awesome staff rub off on everyone who walks in the door. Plus, you get the double whammy: plenty of free parking, and you can tie it into a proper shop. In a world full of confusing customer service barriers, Nando's White City is a masterclass. They prove you can run a smooth operation with an app and still prioritise good old-fashioned human interaction. I don't just like them; I love 'em! Keep crushing it, Nandocas!”
