  “I visited for a meal with my partner but found the customer service to be pretty bad. I ordered the vegan breakfast and the avocado toast, paid and then as I was about to go back to my table I was informed they had no avoacdo. So I got a refund for my avocado toast. Then they said the breakfast wouldn't come with avocado either but did not offer any kind of substitute, so I asked for an additional hashbrown. I checked my receipts for the refund and then realised they'd charged me an extra £2 on my original order for the 'large' breakfast even though I'd ordered the standard option. So I had to go back again to the bar, clarify my order and get another refund! There was no apology for this mistake and the staff didn't seem bothered about getting the order wrong. When the food did come, it was okay, a little dry and no vegan butter for the bread even though I know they have vegan butter there. Overall an underwhelming experince and it's left me not wanting to go back. I've previously visited for just drinks and had good experiences, but this evening's visit was a big disappointment 😞”

  “We went for a Sunday Roast and the food was fantastic! Perfectly cooked and brilliant service. The restaurant was lively and perfect for events. The waiter, Jerome, was attentive and polite. Great experience!”

  “We had some cocktails from the happy hour menu which were so good! The food was amazing too and the service was so friendly. Our bartender (Lauren) was so nice - we chatted to her and found out it was her first day! You would never have known, she was awesome. Chill vibes, good food, nice drinks - would more could you want ☺️”

  “Came this morning for a hangover breakfast and learned that they have started doing a vegan Sunday roast today so we had to come back! It did not disappoint! We have the vegan chicken roast which came with vegan cauliflower cheese! Everything was cooked to perfection! We also then had a vegan gooey brownie with ice-cream! 10/10 for the food! Also the staff who served us were Ara and Izzy who were both so welcoming and friendly! A real asset to the business! And to top it all off...they have arcade games and are dog friendly too! What's not to love?”

  “This place has a lovely vibe, edgey and on point, the weather was beautiful and the doors were open, which added to the atmosphere. We enjoyed some lovely cocktails, You order via the QR code, the food arrived quickly and was generous. Really nice place will be back.”

  “I love this place. It's got a bit of everything: a games/ reading corner, a mini arcade, a chill area where you can eat or drink, love music and one hell of a good menu. Food is great and have regular offers on pizza and burgers. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Definitely a place worth visiting! Wish I'd kept the video I made.”

  “We came here for a father's day big breakfast! It is very convenient that they have NFC/QR to order and pay from the table, but we had to go up and order, as you cannot specify changes (swap egg for hash brown etc) to the order on the app. The food service was very quick, well presented (as you can see in my pictures), and everything was extremely tasty! The atmosphere and design of Beeston social is a unique, varied, rustic and chilled vibe that you will certainly not find anywhere else locally. It is a lovely hidden gem to beeston, and I would recommend coming along if you are in the area! It is also really great and quirky that it includes arcade games!”

  “Where do I start (there are so many things to list) about giving feedback for our recent visit to The Beeston Social for my sons Birthday. From point of booking, the run up to the day and on the actual day the communication from Poppy was absolutely amazing. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Poppy and her Team for the Birthday arrangements The great thing about The Beeston Social is the games and arcades that allow the kids to have fun with their friends while the adults are left to enjoy the environment to have a drink (or two) while they are playing – Not once did they look at their phones while there. Less screen time is always bonus for parents! We were a party of around 12 children and 6 adults that were eating and I have to say the pizza’s and fries we ordered for the table came our promptly upon ordering, was fresh and piping hot, and most importantly delicious and tasty (as always). It was devoured by the kids within a matter of minutes and the same for the adults too. The Kitchen Team were also very accommodating in catering for food allergies which a couple of kids in the group have The kids loved it so much and they went back raving about how much fun they had to their parents. If you have a kids Birthday coming up, I would seriously suggest to you consider holding it The Beeston Social The staff here are amazing always so friendly and attentive and always made sure they were checking in with us to see if we needed anything else. I have to give a massive shoutout to the Manager of The Beeston Social, Poppy. Poppy was an excellent host and made our visit a truly excellent experience, she took care of everything beforehand with the booking and on the day, nothing was too much trouble for her, or her Team. She is a real asset to Management Team and can see that she is both a leader and at the same time is helping front of house with food and drinks orders. It is hard to find good customer service and a good customer experience, but Poppy lives and breathes both of these – Keep up the excellent work POPPY! 🙌🏽”
