  “I came here yesterday for my graduation meal with my family and I could not have asked for a better experience. I’d been here once before and loved it, the food is absolutely amazing, so fresh, colourful and definitely some of the best in Newcastle. The service is just as wonderful as the food- my stepdad called ahead to ask for a little sign to be made and some cocktails on arrival, and Reece (sorry if I spelt that wrong!) was absolutely lovely about it. We all had such a lovely experience from the food, to the drinks, to the room, to the service from Reece. Thank you for making a special day even more special :)”

  “I’m very picky when it comes to tacos and I can honestly say this is the best place for tacos in Newcastle! The variety, the quality of the ingredients and the salsas, everything is spot on. I loved every bite. Highly recommended and I’m sure I’ll be back again and again.”

  “Been coming here for years and it is a very nice restaurant with pretty decent food. The nachos are great and the frozen margaritas are our favorite!! Tacos are all nice but we would say can be a tad on the pricey side when you try lots of bits. We always come back here once a year, so would always recommend to try”

  “Went tonight for dinner and was really blown away by the service and incredible food quality! Some of the best Mexican food I have had in some time. I ordered the Shrimp burrito and my partner the Surf and turf with some Asada fries to share. OH MY GOODNESS it was delightful! A huge portion with so much flavour. There was a slight issue with keg replacement so our pints were substituted for bottles (not an issue for us) this was compensated by wiping the drinks from our bill! I haven't experienced such commitment to customer satisfaction and am still awestruck. Having ordered takeaway from Lobos a few times now I can confidently say the restaurant itself is even better. 11/10 top commendations and we can't wait to come back!”

  “Been to Little Lobo three times now, and will no doubt be back again very soon. A rare example of something actually living up to the hype! I was skeptical at first but it sure delivered in every way, and I enjoy it more on every visit. Mexican has to be my favourite food, and Little Lobo serves up some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. So far I’ve tried the Potato Taquitos, Chilli Fries, Camote Burrito and Frijole Tacos - all incredible, bursting with flavour, reasonable portions, and fairly priced. Perfectly washed down with their 2 for 1 Margaritas. Always good vibes in here, relaxed, laid back, and warm. Inside is small but utilises its space well, cosy and clean. Service is always welcoming, polite, fast, friendly and accommodating. As it tends to get very busy, and understandably so, definitely best to book. Especially if it’s Taco Tuesday (£7 tacos, what a steal). Easily one of the best places in Newcastle, and fortunately is just around the corner from where I live. Cannot recommend Little Lobo enough.”
