“Ordered a Donner kebab (sat night about 9.00 ). Was delivered on time but when we opened it it was awful. Burnt ends of kebab meat very leathery like it had been there for hours, and it was cold. Ordered onion rings as well only for the receipt to say in big black letters none No refund or apology or anything. Really bad customer service. Will not be back. Waste of money”

“Always get something wrong with the order. They charged me more to have a pot of sauce separate and then didn’t send the sauce. On top of that, the portion was an absolute joke. £8 for donner and chips and literally 12 chips. So few that I could count them. Don’t bother ordering from them, the one in Wallsend is infinitely better.”

“I was just one of a party of 33 people who had a mens night at the local church so our order was 32 fish and chips and a sausage and chips. Staff worked hard on our order and everyone enjoyed there meal Thank you to the staff who went above and beyond 😀 33 happy customers we will be back!!!”

“Nice fish/chips. Little bit on expensive side though. I still miss old fish/chip shop that was here prior but what can you do? Careful where you park as permit restrictions in neighbouring streets. You can get parking on street though by fish shop if lucky throughout day.”
