About The Three Trees
The Three Trees is a pub at 144 Buckingham Rd in Milton Keynes, serving a Gold Standard carvery with the meats changing each day. Roast potatoes and vegetables come with the carvery, and a Sunday Roast sits on the menu too. The kitchen cooks traditional British dishes with a twist, using locally sourced produce where it can, and vegan food is available. London Pride is served on draught beside a range of local ales. Dogs are welcome, so owners can bring them along for a meal or a drink. The pub also hosts private events such as christening and birthday celebrations.

Customer Review Summary
The carvery draws the most praise, with reviewers calling it incredible and cooked to perfection, and one travelling a distance for it. The Sunday Roast is described as outstanding, and one reviewer says the meats change daily. A well-kept pint of London Pride and the dog-friendly welcome also earn mentions. Close behind is the staff, described as friendly, helpful and quick, with several singling out individual servers for making family occasions memorable, including a christening celebration where the team allowed setup the night before. The criticism is smaller but specific. One long-time regular says the pub feels different under new management, with a fatty lamb carvery and a long wait for the order. Others note roast potatoes that were not the nicest, too much cheese on the vegetables, and a vegan meal that arrived not fully warm. Even so, a vegan diner says the staff checked that their meal was suitable and offered the carvery once it came out.

“Really lovely and it was so nice that they asked to get the carvery once my vegan food came out really easy came in and sat and took our order right away. Donna knew I was vegan and made sure that was all okay. The food was great it was just not fully warm”

“Sadly the three trees isn't the same now under new management. The warm welcome has gone and the service wasn't the best. The carvery wasn't great. Lamb very fatty and waited ages for our order. We have been coming for years and the Lovely Louise is the greatest asset to the Three Trees. We missed her on the day we visited she wasn't there.”

“The only bit that wasnt the best was the roast potatoes wasnt the nicest need to cook in goose fat or something. But the rest was good , too much cheese veg for my liking but would come back”

“Really enjoyed our afternoon at The Three Trees! The food was really good and the service was quick and efficient. Our waitress, Louise, was fantastic as always. She is always so friendly, kind and full of joy, which makes every visit that little bit more special. Thank you to the team for another lovely afternoon. We’ll definitely be back!”
