About Wingstop Manchester Piccadilly
Wingstop Manchester Piccadilly is a chicken wings restaurant at 11-13 Piccadilly in Manchester. The menu is built around a flavour scale of 10 wing flavours, running from mild and sweet to the hottest, and guests choose a flavour for bone-in wings, boneless pieces, tenders, or a mix of all three. Fries come in three distinct flavours, and loaded fries and cheese fries are also listed as sides. The Big Flavour Burger is a newer addition to the menu. Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the chicken itself, especially the choice of coating and flavour. The Parmesan cheese chicken is singled out, and the wings are described as crispy and full of flavour. Close behind are the well-seasoned fries and generous portions, plus ranch and a Korean Chicken Burger that one diner calls a favourite. The complaints centre on consistency and crowding. One family drove home to Preston to find their takeaway of 12-piece wings and kids meals completely wrong, with nobody answering the phone to fix it. Another found the chicken oily and apparently refried, with dry fries. Others describe a packed restaurant where seats were hard to find, chairs too high for an older relative, and prices high compared with other fast food. Staff draw frequent warmth, with several calling them friendly and one noting a server who took an order with total accuracy. Another server came back to the table twice to check the food was good.

“Love Wingstop! The food is always fresh and delicious. My favourite is the Korean Chicken Burger🫠♥️it’s full of flavour and tastes amazing. Great service, good portions, and everything I’ve tried has been really good. Definitely recommended🫶🏻”

“The person who took our order (Suzanne) is the friendliest and most promotion-worthy member of staff (don’t get jealous) that Wingstop currently (or ever) employs. She banters and she takes the order 100% accurately, so at that point why not join the Crown Prosecution Service because she follows the truth to 1000%. If Suzanne is in the running for the CEO experience she deserves it unequivocally. Suzanne reminds me of everything that’s good with the world and she makes me feel whole. So… don’t try and compete ‘cause you can’t. Sorry.”

“Visited Wingstop Manchester recently and had a brilliant experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavour. The wings were perfectly cooked with a great crispy coating, and the variety of sauces meant there was something for everyone. The fries were seasoned really well and the portions were generous. What stood out most was the service – the staff were friendly, welcoming, and kept everything running smoothly even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was lively, and the wait time was reasonable. Overall, one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had in Manchester. Great food, great service, and excellent value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone craving quality wings.”

“The chicken is super oily like a river on the paper. obviously its overcooked and they have refried it. The fries are also super dry. I will not come back again.”

“Food was good and Natalie was lovely. Would probably come back just for the food. Not the cleanest store though, flies and mild bo scent. Some workers were vaping in the store on shift, were very friendly though. Good for a quick meal or a takeaway.”

“We’re not just in the wing business, we’re in the flavour business. At Wingstop, you’ll find flavours you simply can’t get anywhere else. Ranging from the mild and sweet to the hottest of the hot, we’ve got 10 unique flavours to choose from. Dive into our wings, boneless, tenders, or a mixture of all three and then simply choose which flavours you want to experiment with – we’ve got something for every taste on our flavour scale. On the side, you can choose from our fries (even they come in three distinct flavours), loaded fries or Insta-famous cheese fries. And we’ve now launched our Big Flavour Burger too – it does exactly what it says on the tin. Wash everything down with our milkshakes, Freestyle fizzy drinks or Camden Town Beer, and...”
