Customer Review Summary
Burgers draw the most praise, especially the brisket burger and smashed patties caramelised at the edges, with the brisket called delicious and the food arriving piping hot and quickly even when busy. Close behind are the chicken tenders, dynamite chicken and Korean crispy wings with peri fries, singled out for big flavour without too much sweetness. A biscoff milkshake also gets a mention as perfect. The loaded fries draw the sharpest complaints. Brisket fries are called too sweet and sickly, with one reviewer wanting more meat, and one diner found the tenders dry and chewy under a heavy onion and tomato mayonnaise sauce. Service comments are mixed, from efficient but impersonal to a cashier described as miserable, and one pair noted staff chatting by the register in the way of the utensils. The detail that recurs most sharply is the Korean fried chicken loaded fries, with a sour, funky taste and a yellow sauce that clashed, leaving one couple to throw them away.

“Our first visit here. You place your order at the counter and the lady staff was ever so miserable and had no manners at all. She kept asking for the table number but there was no table number. Since my friend ordered before me, she brought back a stand with a number so the lady staff took that number as the 'table number.' So why bothered asking for one if your table number system doesn't even exist? I ordered Algerian flavour chicken tenders with house slaw and spicy rice. Price was reasonable and the portion was generous. Presentation was good for social media but the quality of food was absolutely poor. The 5 chicken tenders were literally buried under the 'Algerian sauce' which consisted of chopped onions in tomato mayonnaise. The worst was that the chicken tenders were really dry and chewy like they have been deep-fried few times and kept warm. I had to scrape the 'sauce' one side and separate the chicken flesh from the batter or else I was going to waste my time searching for the actual chicken. The two sides weren't any better. The house slaw was sickly rich with whatever dairy product they used (couldn't tell if it was mayonnaise or yoghurt) for the dressing and the spicy rice was oozing out oil and it was not spicy at all. Definitely my last visit.”

“Dynamite checked was good. The burgers were average. The yellow sauce on Korean loaded fries didn’t match the overall taste and not edible.”

“The atmosphere and the food was soo delicious. The chicken tenders were soo juicy and tender. The flying Dutchmen was kinda let down but nonetheless it was still great.”

“We came to this restaurant on recommendation of a Manchester local and honestly was kind of disappointed. We were seated fairly quickly, which is great, but then the expectation is here to go up and order which isn’t too bad. We got some burgers and we also got some Korean fried chicken loaded fries. The burgers were actually pretty good kind of saucy in a bit messy to eat, but still really good. That being said, the fries were very large and that generally wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact that the Korean fried chicken itself tasted kind of funky. It had this sort of sour taste that honestly did not appeal to either me or my wife. We honestly hate wasting food, but we couldn’t even eat it. We just had to toss it. Plus, the meal was pretty expensive so while I would like to give them a second chance, I don’t think we will. Also, some of the workers were just sitting by the cash register talking, and they were kind of in the way when we were trying to get like utensils and tissues, which is kind of not nice.”

“The burger was amazing I couldn’t believe how delicious the brisket was. The customer service could have been warmer, but it was efficient and smooth. Just didn’t feel very personal. The atmosphere wasn’t too loud. The toilets weren’t that clean either. The biscoff milkshake was also perfect.”
