Customer Review Summary
Waffles are what reviewers return to most, with Lotus and Biscoff sauces and ice cream on top singled out as excellent, and one calling a waffle big enough to split between two or four. Close behind are the Hot N Cold Chocolate Cake Volcano, a Milk Chocolate Cookie Dough, the strawberry and banana crepes, a BBQ Chicken Hot pocket and a warmed Biscoff doughnut, along with a Tango Orange & Lime Daiquiri and a mango bubble tea. Staff are often called friendly and welcoming, and one group says the tables were rearranged to seat everyone together. Vegan options and an allergen PDF also get a mention. The caveats are loud music, slow service when busy, including a long wait for a cheesecake slice after a waffle had arrived, and ingredient quality that one reviewer found only okay. The least happy reviewer describes a frappe that was mostly ice in a tiny glass, a wrong drink first, gelato that turned out to be unavailable and a surcharge for the vegetarian ice cream option, ending with an offer of soft serve instead.

“Visited today in the evening and was pleasantly surprised. The venue is Halal-friendly with no alcohol, which made it ideal for my group of Muslim friends — really appreciated how inclusive and accommodating it felt. The Hot N Cold Chocolate Cake Volcano was delicious, and everything was plated beautifully. The Tango Orange & Lime Daiquiri was refreshing and really well balanced. The music was also enjoyable and added to the atmosphere without overpowering conversation. Also massive shout out to Dan who was super friendly and helpful when we had some other guests join us later: even an hour to closing time he and the staff were very accommodating and even rearranged the tables for us to make sure we were all sat together. Overall, a brilliant place to unwind and catch up with old friends. Would definitely return without a second thought. Can’t rave about it enough.”

“The food was okay, nothing too special about it. Spent about £13 on a generic waffle with biscoff sauce and a little pot of ice cream which honestly feels like a lot. Also bought a caramel frappe with a coffee shot, there was so much ice in it it felt like all i was drinking was water and ice with a hint of coffee, I wouldn't be as upset if it wasn't the tiniest glass possible too. That drink was £5. The service was decent too. No "Hello how are you" or anything, just made us sit in a specific seat which was right in the middle which felt really awkward and we couldn't change it although there were multiple seats around us. They brought us the wrong drink at first too. The music was so loud you could barely say your order at the front. I also got told that they'll have to give me soft serve instead of gellato, so that's fine, but then the server lady came up to me and said they have no Gellato and panicked, asking if we'd like soft serve instead? I think there really is no communication between the workers, which is bad for a business. Also you have to pay extra for vegetarian options for the ice cream too, it kind of feels like a scam. Like if you're lactose intolerant or your beliefs don't let you have milk, you have to pay MORE? Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. We only came here because we couldn't find the other ice cream shop.”
