About On The Hush - Cafe Northern Quarter & Bottomless Brunch Manchester
On The Hush is a restaurant and cafe at 24 Church St in Manchester, built around a bottomless brunch with tiered Prosecco options and a cocktail upgrade for guests who want more than the Prosecco. The team keeps glasses topped up through the session. Brunch plates include eggs benedict, chicken and waffles and a halloumi burger. Afternoon tea is also on offer, with a choice of items, many of them served hot. The drinks menu covers a wide range of cocktails. Tables are booked in 90-minute slots, after which guests may be moved to the sofas. Dogs are welcome, so a daytime visit can include a pet.

Customer Review Summary
Bottomless brunch is what reviewers return for, with several calling it their go-to and praising the range of cocktails compared with other Manchester spots. Food gets equal credit: the chicken and chorizo pasta is called the nicest pasta one diner has eaten, while others single out the eggs benedict, poached eggs, chicken and waffles, steak and eggs with fries, and a halloumi burger. Close behind, the afternoon tea is noted for its hot items and choice. Servers are repeatedly described as attentive, topping up glasses without prompting, and several say the price felt reasonable for the drinks and food. The one recurring complaint is pacing on a booked table: one reviewer says they were moved to the sofas after 90 minutes, then forgotten by staff who admitted it, so they had to keep chasing for drinks and the bill. Others mention photo spots and a calm, quiet afternoon, and one group of six was given a table straight away.

“We came here for a bottomless brunch on Friday and upgraded to the cocktail option. The price was very reasonable for the standard of drinks and the quality of the food. I had the chicken and chorizo pasta, which is something I have never seen on a bottomless brunch menu, so I was excited to have it. Hands down, it was the nicest pasta I have ever eaten! My partner had the eggs benedict, which were really nice, but he was jealous of my choice - it was so delicious! The staff were attentive and made sure we always had a drink. This was a really nice way to spend my birthday and Im glad we opted for here, rather than a chain restaurant (which we would usually!) as it's definitely one of the best bottomless brunches I have had!”
