  “Very disappointing poor food, overcharged, and rude service I placed a pickup order and they were out of half the items I asked for. To make matters worse, I paid for a samosa with channa but never received it. The rest of the food was a letdown: the "Rice and 3" curries were completely bland, both the rice and sheek kebab tasted off, and the aubergine fritters had no batter. On the positive side, the onion bhajis were nice, and my daughter liked her chips and onion rings.The service was incredibly unprofessional. I called to order and reached a mobile phone. The man said he wasn't at the shop, asked for my order, then told me it was "too big" and rudely hung up. I won't be returning.”

  “had to took a photo mid eating because the food was amazing at such good value! i got the £7.99 three curry rice combo and the dish comes at a great portion. just really impressive and delicious. their service is really good too. the front of house guy was friendly and helpful when he helped me choose my dish because im just very indecisive 😂 everything was quick, smooth, and clean. perfect spot for a quick lunch but no less fulfulling. definitely will come back for more x”

  “Lovely home style food and good choice for a street corner cafe. Will be returning and happy to recommend. I had a three curry on rice plate - nice basmati rice topped with dhal, chana and sebzi curries. My partner had samosa chat with all the trimmings. Both places were great value and tasty 😋”

  “Kebab was nice but not what I'd usually expect from a doner kebab. If you're looking for something greasy and comfort food it's not really right, but it's a nice dish, the "kebab meat" is tofu/soy I think (judging from taste). Portion sizes are large which is nice, couldn't finish it all! There's some seating in the cafe as well.”

  “Nowhere better in MCR for quick and cheap eat. Rice and 3 is £7.99, always delicious. Lots of mock meat/falafel wraps as well as curries. You won't regret visiting”

  “Absolutely lovely food and great value for money. You can those three curries with rice for £7.99 and you get a great portion size and they have a great selection of curries to choose from. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, or a meat eater you need to come here, you won’t be disappointed!! The perfect lunch ◡̈”

  “I wanted to try something that wasn't a big chain store off the beaten track, and this was definitely it , so close to Arndale shopping centre, it was pretty quiet at half one on a Monday afternoon. I sat in and the guy suggested what was best. I had the vegan chicken doner wrap and it was amazing, it was juicy and tasty. I asked for half to be wrapped for me cause it was so stuffed. Definitely get your money's worth and absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.”

  “What an amazing little place! We went for the 3 curries on rice for £5.99, and because they had 7 curries to offer we had 2 plates of different curries to try them all! Amazing value and delicious flavours 😊 Generous portions too, proper home cooked food here! Would recommend for anyone, the whole place is vegan which is brilliant!”
