Quick info
About My Peshawar Manchester
My Peshawar Manchester is a Pakistani restaurant at 50-52 Wilmslow Rd in Manchester, with a menu built around karahi dishes and grilled meats. The goat Peshawari karahi leads the karahi range, and naans and salan portions come alongside for sharing. Chapli kebabs open the meal as a starter, and Kabuli pulao is on the list for those who want a rice dish. The team takes orders at the table and guides guests through the menu, which helps first-time visitors choose. The restaurant has no booking system. Names go on a pen-and-paper list, and guests wait for a table, so it suits people who are happy to turn up and put their name down.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often return for the mixed grill and the karahi, with the Goat Peshawari Karahi, Chicken Charsi Karahi and Charsi Lamb all singled out as rich in flavour and tender. Close behind are the chapli kebabs and kabuli pulao, which several call authentic, one saying it tasted as if eaten in Peshawar. Lamb chops, chicken malai and soft naans also get named, along with generous salan portions. Many describe the staff as friendly and quick, and a few say a server helped them choose dishes on a first visit. The main complaint is the lack of a booking system: a regular describes a pen and paper name list for a table and says weekends bring a long wait. Diners also mention taking leftovers home after ordering too much, and food arriving on time.

“This restaurant is beautiful, with top-notch service and food. The menu was as expected as I was here based on recommendations and an invitation too. We appreciate the timely delivery and good service by Usama. The interior Decor is lovely as it we had 2 birthday celebrations, and 1 graduation dinner in the place, amongst other family and friends tables. The tables are well cleaned and the staff serving us were well dressed too in their work uniforms. Thanks for having us, well deserved 5 stars.”

“We had an amazing dining experience at My Peshawer in Manchester, and it truly deserves every one of these five stars. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and made to feel right at home. The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for enjoying a meal with family and friends. It was clean, comfortable, and had a great ambiance throughout our visit. We ordered the Kabuli Pulao, Chapli Kabab, Goat Peshawari Karahi, and the Mixed Grill, and every dish was exceptional. The Kabuli Pulao had an authentic Afghan and Peshawari taste, with perfectly cooked, fragrant rice and tender, flavorful meat. The Chapli Kabab was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection with authentic spices. The Goat Peshawari Karahi was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the meal—rich in flavor, incredibly tender, and freshly prepared. The Mixed Grill was equally impressive, offering a delicious variety of perfectly grilled meats that were juicy, smoky, and full of flavor. Every dish arrived fresh, hot, and in generous portions. A special thank you to Beena, who provided outstanding customer service throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for authentic Pakistani and Peshawari cuisine in Manchester, My Peshawer is a must-visit.
