  “5/5 stars I visited Heavenly Desserts recently and it was a fantastic experience from the moment we walked in. The place has such a beautiful and luxurious interior, very elegant with lovely lighting and comfortable seating. It feels more like a high-end restaurant than a dessert shop. The staff were really friendly, professional and attentive, and we were seated quickly even though it was quite busy for a weekend evening. Great atmosphere and very clean. I ordered the French toast with berries and white chocolate sauce and it was absolutely incredible. It was presented beautifully, just like you see on Instagram, and tasted even better. The toast was soft, fresh and fluffy and the portion was very generous. My partner had the croffle with lotus biscoff and ice cream and he loved it too. Everything was fresh, hot and made to a really high standard. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in their desserts. Overall Heavenly Desserts is perfect for a special treat or a nice evening out. It is a little more expensive than your average dessert shop but it is definitely worth it for the quality, presentation and service you get. It feels like a premium experience and makes the night feel special. I would highly recommend it to anyone and I will definitely be coming back again soon.”

  “We had an amazing experience at Heavenly Desserts, made even more memorable by the outstanding service from Zain. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, offering excellent recommendations and checking in on us without ever being intrusive. The desserts were absolutely top-notch—beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. Zain’s positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service. A huge thank you to Zain for making our visit so enjoyable.   “Good desserts, average service. The food came out looking amazing and tasted just as nice. But the staff barely checked on us and we had to keep trying to wave someone down. Bit of a letdown on an otherwise nice visit.”

  “Me and a friend visited HD around 10pm. Our food arrived quickly and portions were generous. We had good and friendly service from our waiter (I think his name was Maz, sorry I forgot!). Food was nice and I enjoyed the Green Cola which I haven’t tried before. My only comment for improvement would be to do savoury food at night also, which is no criticism to the staff who were on shift. Would visit again due to reasonable prices, speedy and smiley service. Thanks ☺️”

  “Had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the ambience was warm and inviting, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff were extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. A special mention to Zain, who provided outstanding service.   “Heavenly Desserts Manchester Team, From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a treat. The desserts were absolutely amazing—beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. In particular, the "Create Your Own" option is a fantastic feature. We tried an American waffle topped with fresh strawberries and warm custard, and the balance of flavors and textures was excellent. I want to give a special shoutout to our waiter, Jey, and the rest of the team. Jey was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He ensured we were comfortable, checked in at the right times, and provided great recommendations. His positive attitude and outstanding service truly stood out and made our visit seamless. Thank you for a fantastic experience and for maintaining such high standards of food and hospitality. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend your location to others.”

  “I always enjoy visiting Heavenly Desserts, and this visit was no exception when it came to the food and drinks. I had the Cookies & Cream and vanilla ice cream with a iced saffron café latte, while the person I was with had a café latte, chocolate and vanilla ice cream, and the rose and pistachio milk cake. Everything was well presented, tasty, and enjoyable. The only downside on this occasion was the welcome, which wasn't as warm as I've experienced before. It was also a little unclear how and when orders would be taken. Aside from that, we had a pleasant visit and enjoyed everything we ordered. I'll definitely be returning in the future.”
