  “Great staff who helped with birthday celebration at this restaurant. They made it special with extra options and liquid nitrogen 'show' when presenting the birthday cake. The desserts were v tastey, presented well and large portions. Lovely ambiance and decor, v clean, lit well and spacious. Would be happily recommending this place to others.”

  “Stopped by for a quick snack and loved it, ordered this molten lava cake, I guess this is what’s it called, was absolutely delicious. The presentation was superb. Overall hygiene was good, the cafe is in convenient place but parking could be tricky. We were lucky to find it in nearby street but I have seen people struggling. Staff were welcoming and seemed polite. Price was expensive but come on, the quality and value you get is amazing. It was great experience and I’d definitely recommend them. 5 stars without any doubt.”

  “I genuinely had to leave a review because the customer service I received was absolutely exceptional. Our waiter called Zak, was AMAZING from start to finish. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced service this good anywhere! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive and genuine — nothing felt forced, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s rare to come across someone who is naturally this brilliant with customers. Zak deserves recognition and, in my opinion, a promotion! If I owned my own business, I would genuinely try to recruit him as a manager because people like him are incredibly hard to find. He has exactly the personality, professionalism and attitude that makes customers want to come back. The desserts were great, but the outstanding service made the whole experience unforgettable. Zak is an absolute gem and a huge asset to this business. Management, look after him — you have a superstar on your team! Without a doubt, some of the best customer service I have ever received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

  “After a long trip, we arrived at around 9PM and were surprised that the restaurant was still open. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great dessert after a tiring journey. From the moment we walked in, Sabeer greeted us with such a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel comfortable right away. His excellent service, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Since it was my birthday, we asked if they could prepare a birthday message when we ordered the cake. The team happily accommodated our request and surprised me with a beautifully presented cake, complete with candles, while everyone sang "Happy Birthday." It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made my celebration truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Sabeer and the entire team for making our evening so special. Your kindness, outstanding service, and attention to detail are deeply appreciated.   “Nice place love the ambience of it and we had quality milk cakes yes it's a bit on the pricey side but the quality is there. We were the only ones we came pretty early on a Sunday and we got served straight away and the staff were friendly. Milk cakes were delicious and so was the tea.”

  “Great desserts and even better service! Abi our server was really friendly and helpful, making our visit extra nice. We tried the Croffle a la Pistachie et Kunafa, Toaste a la Banane et Toffee / Sticky Toffee, and it was rich and delicious. Cozy atmosphere and good prices too, will definitely be coming back!”

  “I had such a great experience at the dessert shop thanks to Abi! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to recommend some of the best options on the menu and clearly knew his stuff, which made choosing a lot easier. What really stood out was his positive attitude and patience, especially when the shop got busy. He stayed calm, professional, and made sure every customer felt looked after. The service felt personal rather than rushed, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Thanks to Abi, the whole experience was just as sweet as the desserts themselves. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “Desserts were some of the best we have had in awhile, but you are certainly paying for what you get. A guilty pleasure if ever their was one but if you're going to do it, they do it in style with a nice setting also. £16 for the Matilda cake but when you see it, how can you say no???”
