  “Very disappointing takeout. I ordered a panini and this is what I received. The food was poorly presented, looked nothing like what I expected from a panini, and honestly was very unappetising. The quality was nowhere near what I expected for the price. I was so disappointed that I ended up throwing it straight in the bin. This is definitely not all that, and based on this experience I wouldn’t order from here again. Very disappointing and a waste of money. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their food.”

  “I had a really disappointing experience at this Dixy branch. I ordered the 5 tenders meal, and while the portion was already smaller than expected, the real issue was that one of the tenders had mould on it. I only noticed once I opened the box properly, and it was honestly disgusting. This isn’t a small mistake, it’s a serious food safety problem. Serving mouldy chicken shows a complete lack of hygiene and quality control. I couldn’t eat the rest of the meal after seeing that, and it’s completely put me off coming back. I really hope the management takes this seriously, because this should never happen in any food place.”

  “Edible meal on a student friendly budget. Only mayonnaise available which was disappointing. The mixture added to the fries didn’t hit right and left our stomachs a bit queasy. Small seating area. No toilets available.”

  “I went there around 1am to get food, but the food was cold and the chips tasted old and stale. The quality was very poor and not fresh at all. Also, the staff behaviour was not good. One girl wearing niqab was very arrogant and not helpful. Customer service should be respectful, but the attitude was disappointing. I would not recommend this place. They should improve food quality and staff behaviour, especially at night time.”

  “Amazing location to have a quick meal. Great staff and great service Everytime I come here. Keep coming back to try their milkshakes however it’s a shame they aren’t available. I hope they bring back the milkshakes. Would highly recommend.”

  “The milkshake were nice, but the waiting time was longer than usual. The fried chicken was crispy but hella oily. Overall it's a good place to get halal food. When we asked to eat in they only gave us food in paper bags but gave other trays. 😔”
