Customer Review Summary
The complaints are specific. One reviewer describes an all you can eat Sunday buffet where two dishes arrived in the first hour and the crispy duck came in a small portion. Another found the Singapore fried rice with crispy pork belly unseasoned. A third found the Korean fried chicken chewy, the chilli burger oily, and the duck noodle soup full of bones. Prices draw mixed views, and one reviewer was left with a thirty minute wait for ice cream while the taiyaki machine was having trouble, though the staff worked to speed it up.

“July 24th 2:00. The system where you sit at your table and order via barcode is simple and fantastic. It’s a restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese, Chinese, and Korean cuisine all at once quite a mix. The dakbal (spicy chicken feet) had a bit of a squishy texture. I wonder if that’s how it’s supposed to be? But the other dishes were flavorful and delicious. Above all, I was amazed at just how incredibly fast the food was served.”

“The all you can eat Sunday buffet is an awful experience met with terrible service and a complete lack of care. We arrived for our booking and ordered our first 4 dishes. It took half an hour to receive a plate of noodles on their own. After 1 hour passed (keep in mind you only get an hour and a half) we received crispy chilli beef, so in one hour out of 1 and a half hours we received 2 dishes. In one hour that was all we were served. We placed our second set of 4 dishes and received 2 of them. An absolute farce and not at all what I expected after seeing videos of it online. No self catering or anything as expected from a buffet, you just have to order from waitresses with no enthusiasm. It took over an hour to receive the crispy duck, which was a terribly small portion with half of it not even being edible. It is advertised for 2 people but would barely fill one person. Disappointment is putting it lightly, and I’m gutted I spent over £50 of my hard earned money at this place. Do not bother, how can it be an all you can eat when you don’t even bother to bring out the food or ask if we want to order some more dishes?”

“i ordered singapore fried rice w crispy pork belly, and it was very disappointing. not worth the price at all. i paid £14 i can barely taste the pork. i couldn't even eat the meal the taste was really bad and ive left the food as it is. it doesn't even taste good with the garnish. please improve food quality and taste, its so unseasoned. it felt like eating just plain turmeric and rice. £14 for this meal is not worth it at all.”

“Very nice staff and welcoming. Plenty of seats so not waiting ages (went at 13:00pm). We got the salt and pepper chips 10/10. The pork noodles which were 8/10. Finally we got the prawn summer roll which could have done with more prawns and less veg but they was still nice 6/10. Overall great experience, would go again!”
