  “We had an amazing experience at Etci! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Every dish was full of flavour, and you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. What truly made our visit unforgettable was the outstanding service from the manager, Azad. He looked after us throughout the entire meal and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His genuine kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. It’s not often you come across such exceptional customer service and Azad is a real credit to the restaurant. We left with a smile on our faces and will definitely be returning.   “I came to ETCI MEHMET Manchester to celebrate my graduation, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the whole experience felt really special. A huge thank you to Aaron, who made our celebration even more memorable. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. He made us feel so welcome, checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect, and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Excellent service like Aaron’s makes all the difference. I would highly recommend ETCI MEHMET Manchester to anyone looking for amazing food and outstanding hospitality.   “Absolutely amazing experience at Etci Mehmet Turkish Steakhouse in Manchester! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel looked after throughout the entire evening. The atmosphere was incredible—full of energy, great music, and fantastic entertainment that made the whole night feel really special. The food was exceptional. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything we ordered was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded our expectations. The highlight of the evening was how they celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday. They surprised her with a complimentary dessert platter loaded with cheesecake, chocolate cake, chocolate fondue, ice cream, and more for the whole family to share. The celebration included sparklers, incredible flame entertainment, and they even got the entire restaurant singing Happy Birthday. It created a truly unforgettable memory for her and all of us. A huge thank you to the amazing team for making our family celebration so special. We had a fantastic evening and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!”

  “We celebrated my husbands birthday at Etci today. A very interesting experience. We enjoyed the ambiance, the grill fire show and dance, the enthusiasm of the staff and most importantly the food. The lamb shank is a must try and the chicken tacos were delicious. Aaron helped secretly arrange for a surprise dessert and song for my husband. His recommendations were great and he was friendly and polite. We enjoyed interacting with him. We highly recommend stopping by and having a meal.”

  “We have been here three times now to celebrate something and the service is always amazing. Today we were served by Dali and we were treated so well. He was very friendly and we chatted like old friends. We came for our wedding anniversary and we didn't mention this but we were treated like staff knew it was a special day. I'm particularly grateful that the restaurant is able to cater to my dietary requirements as I have food allergies. I loved my first try of Turkish Coffee. Thank you for the complementary tea as well!”

  “The staff were really nice and welcoming throughout. As for the food, my starter was good but I didn't fully enjoy my main as the salmon was overdone and a bit too tough - a cardinal sin in my opinion. The atmosphere was lively with quite a few birthday celebrations and the spectacle of a certain dish which was delivered with a fiery display. The cushioned seating where I was sat had some dirty stains, which were apparent despite the darker mood lighting. A thorough clean is, therefore, required. Would I return? Maybe.”
