  “Keira was so lovely, I ordered my drink but had to move money between my accounts during the order. My data wasn’t working so I had to go outside to move it and when I came back in to pay Keira had already made my drink :) I really appreciated Keira’s kind service.”

  “Really rude staff. Me and a friend recently visited after exploring the Christmas markets, we each ordered a drink and food and consumed them in store. After finishing I politely tried to get the attention of the staff members by saying "excuse me" only to be ignored when she wasn't serving anyone. I patiently waited in line and asked the other member of staff if I could please have the code for the toilet as on my previous visits the toilet has been accessible to customers. The response I got was "we don't have a toilet." No explanation as to why I couldn't use it and the tone was extremely rude. Not to mention I am 37 weeks pregnant and very noticeably so. It's such a shame as the previous staff were lovely but it seems the new members need a lesson in customer service.”

  “New to this store and twice I’ve been recently and both times the staff have been amazing, definitely my favourite Starbucks in Manchester due to the service and friendliness of the staff. Second time they went above what was necessary with the Puppachino for my Labrador and we both can’t thank them enough.”

  “Great Starbucks to visit if you want to stand waiting for your food to be put in the oven while the staff send text messages. Staff also like to have loud conversations slating other colleagues in their absence. Whilst the service was poor it was certainly entertaining listening to you talk about a certain staff members 'disgusting drinks' who 'doesn't have a clue what she's doing', whilst I sat and drank my very, below par, iced drink”

  “Visited this branch when we stayed in Manchester. Not very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, nor the service. They're lacking a customer toilet, and the staff will direct you to use the closest McDonald's (don't). Coffee to takeaway was okay, but I was served in a rush, and customer service is missing from this particular store.”

  “EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have to give a 5* rate because i left with a smile on my face and the staff was really helpful. So I ordered a strawberry and cream frappe and the till lady was very nice, but unfortunately someone had taken my drink by mistake thinking it was their strawberry refresha. It was busy then and I absolutely got the frustration on the baristas face when she had to redoo my drink again (im a barista myself so i know what is like). I think her name is SHI , lightskin girl with curls. She didn't just made my drink again, she made it in a bigger cup and gave it to me personally, and also gave me a card with a free drink for next time. Really appreciate the hard work on yesterdays team. Thank you all 👏🏾☺️”
