  “When I ordered the girl was picking her ear, which was really off putting. I should have probably left at that point. Then she charged me twice, even when I pointed out the payment had gone through, she refused to hear that it had. Even though I showed her my phone saying payment had been taken. The girl making my coffee, messed up used dairy.. I believe she then just threw the coffee and refused the cup, although I'll probably know later when my stomach falls out. The tables haven't been cleaned in a while either, we had to wipe down our own table.”

  “The service crew specifically the till personel who served us is not friendly and not in agood mood we bought the order 15:10 May 19,2026. I dont recommend this area and hopefully management will sort out this behaviour.”

  “Called in on Thursday 11/6 at 2.30 pm. Lovely looking branch, great location and lovely coffee! Staff were very friendly and polite. Very quick to clear tables after people had left. I was so impressed I stopped over for another cup! Keep up the amazing work everyone.”

  “Shocking you pay £4.25 for an Americano and they dont even use Barista milk.... hemce it curdles. I asked for coconut milk which i use at home, and alpro barista does not curdle. Yet Starbucks clearly dont use a quality Barrista milk. The st Anne's square Starbucks had the same issue.... and that store has now closed”

  “Stopped by the Starbucks inside the Arndale Centre and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly, quick, and on top of things even though it was busy. My drink was made perfectly, and the service felt genuinely welcoming rather than rushed. The seating area is clean and well‑kept, and it’s a convenient spot to take a break while shopping. Easy to find, plenty of choice on the menu, and everything came out just as expected. A solid Starbucks location — reliable, comfortable, and great for a quick coffee stop in the city centre.”

  “Fuming just paid over £6.00 for a toffee nut latte which I wait all year to have as it’s my fav drink !! What I got was a latte with cream and a few sprinkles on the top no syrup no toffee but syrup! I am raging because of the price you pay for these !! Won’t be getting my service again! The big girl that done my coffee was more interested in looking at everyone rather than paying any attention to what she was doing! Starbucks you have gone right down in my opinion and won’t be spending any more of my hard earned cash for nothing but a basic latte !!!”
