About The Faraday Pub
The Faraday Pub is a sport and live music pub in Manchester's Northern Quarter, at 43-45 Lever Street off Stevenson Square. Sixteen HD screens across two floors carry live football on Sky Sports and TNT Sports, including Champions League matches. Downstairs, a games area has pool, electric darts and shuffleboard, and tables can be booked online. SmashHouse UK supplies the smash burgers, fries and wings, so food is covered alongside the bar's cocktails and selection of beers. A happy hour brings drink deals, and live music plays on the programme as well. Guests can walk in, or email the team to book a table for the big games.

Customer Review Summary
Pool is the most frequent draw, with reviewers describing plenty of tables downstairs, plus snooker and darts, and one praising the booking system for tables and darts. Friendly staff come close behind, including a woman at the bar who offered an industry discount. Happy hour comes up repeatedly, along with a good choice of beer, fair prices and live music. Reviewers also mention burgers from Smash House and screens showing sport all around for watching the game, and a few recommend it for birthdays, stag dos and hen dos. The complaints are small. One reviewer wanted salt on their marg, and another says the pub was closing so they moved on to the next spot, adding that groups seem to be needed after 7:00. One group only wanted a single game of pool, and the bartender said to go on downstairs, so they ended up staying a couple of hours.

“I was recommended to come here not knowing it was near every place I'd been. The staff was cool. I meet some new friends outside. We only went to the next spot because the pub was closing. After 7:00 I think you need to arrive in groups.”

“Recommended for the snooker and we got a table within 15mins …good booking system for tables and darts. £8 for 1 hour snooker. Good choice beer and music was perfect…screens showing sport all around allow easy viewing. Lots of seats downstairs. Friendly staff.”

“this hidden gem in manchester’s buzzing night life is mega. sab absolutely made our experience. i was suffering with an ear infection at the time, and after we got chatting she recommended me a really good cream that’s sorted it out. she also helped translate the entire menu from swahili for my mum. she’s a great laugh and i’ve invited her to my wedding! would have appreciated some salt on my marg but overall would go again!!”
