About Ducie Street Warehouse
Ducie Street Warehouse is a lounge bar in Manchester on Ducie St, set in a converted warehouse within the Native Manchester warehouse apartment hotel. Wood-panelled walls and plants fill the renovated space, and the ground floor holds a large bar with booths and sofas. The kitchen serves breakfast and brunch with flat whites, and roast dinners of lamb, beef or chicken come with a large Yorkshire pudding. The bar pours craft beers and cocktails, including a kiwi kiss. DJs and live music play on site. Beyond the bar and restaurant, the building has a cinema, meeting rooms and event space for hosting groups. It stands next to Manchester Piccadilly Station.

Customer Review Summary
The industrial warehouse interior is what reviewers return to most, from guests in the suite, premium studio and apartment who describe spacious rooms, a comfortable bed and an atrium instead of dark corridors, to a wedding photographer and a workshop host who praise the light, the soundtrack and the huge bar. Downstairs is described as buzzing, with DJs, craft beers and a very good flat white. On the food side, diners single out the truffle mac and cheese, the focaccia and a massive Yorkshire pudding on the roast dinner, along with a kiwi kiss cocktail and burgers. The complaints are smaller but specific. The beetroot hummus fell flat, the broccoli was overcooked and the roast potatoes too crispy. The music was a tad too loud for talking across a table, and breakfast service was slow on an empty morning. One reviewer found toilet doors that would not lock and no tissues. One suggests checking social media for a food discount, and marathon participants were handed a complimentary prosecco.

“Native is a very impressive warehouse apartment hotel. The interior was brilliant, very industrial modern. When we stepped out of the lift it was quite a surprise to see the atrium as most hotels have long dark corridors. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. I found the bed to be super comfortable and actually fell asleep quite quickly which is normally really hard for me to do. We were disturbed by the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night but we had an apology. Luckily it wasn't because there was a fire, just a practice. I haven't rated the food as we didn't eat there, we bought our own breakfast due to dietary choices. I would highly recommend staying there!”

“I run creative collage workshops here every month and I am always so grateful for the wonderful support from the staff. Emily who helped out today was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Just like all the team members who always assist me with setting up the space and promptly serve drinks to workshop guests. I love the soundtrack they play and the interior vibe. It is definitely one of my favorite venues to host workshops at. The drinks are always top notch and I finally got to try some of the food today. It was incredible. I am really looking forward to trying the Sunday roast soon because everything always looks delicious. I would also like to add in that Kevin is lovely too! Thanks for your brilliant customer service :)”

“I photographed a wedding here last week and it's got to be one of my favourite wedding venues in Manchester. The decor is amazing, the atmosphere is electric. The bar is huge, the food is amazing. The space you have for weddings is great, the area outside the venue is also great for photos as it's so close to the cool store fronts and bars but also inside has some great gems. the rooms are great for getting ready in, the light in the ones I shot were super cool and industrial. I can't wait to be back.”

“Stayed here in a suite at the weekend and I'm in awe! The room was just out of this world. Spacious, very clean and had an industrial vibe. All amenities catered for every need possible. The toiletries were gorgeous (and yes there is a hairdryer too). Easiest check in and out I've ever known. The ground floor has comfy sofas, booths, bar and restaurant and the ultimate - it's own dj's! Just sat listening to them, drinking and chilling was what was needed. Breakfast was delightful and the monitor just topped the bill. Definitely worth every penny and more.”

“Ducie street is many things to many people - cafe, bar, cinema, restaurant, DJ’s , cocktail bar, cookie shop, work hub…. All round bloody brilliant!!! Ate and drank many times in this unique super stylish spot located a hop skip and a jump to Piccadilly train station and tons of car parking and one of the reasons I met my buddy here for a cappu and a catch up. This place is always buzzing with interesting people, brunching, lunching, working, dancing and laughing. The menu is easy crowd pleasing items that work well with booze and socialising - we ate super basic so cannot really comment but what we ate hit the spot! Very nice coffee and lovely attentive team. Gorge x”
