Quick info
About BrewDog Manchester Peter Street
BrewDog Manchester Peter Street is a craft beer bar at 35 Peter St in Deansgate, and it is the original bar in the only place with a BrewDog Bar, an Outpost brewpub and a DogHouse Hotel. Its 28 taps pour craft beer, with Hazy Jane among the choices, and ciders and spirits sit alongside. The kitchen serves burgers, including a vegan Beyond Meat option, as well as Buffalo wings and loaded fries. Burgers come without chips, so fries are ordered separately. The team gives drink suggestions and explains the flavour profiles of the beers, which helps when the tap list is long. Screens show football and World Cup matches, and the venue hosts pop-up events. Tables can be booked in advance.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the friendly, welcoming staff, who help with drink suggestions and food choices, with several describing a server who amended an order and others mentioning knowledgeable guidance on flavour profiles. The hazy pale ale draws one visitor who travelled from abroad, and diners also praise the vegan burgers and the loaded fries. Several came to celebrate a birthday or graduation, or to watch England and the World Cup, and describe being looked after well. Complaints are fewer but specific. One reviewer received a burger that was pink and raw in the middle on a bill of nearly three burgers and a couple of drinks, and called it overpriced. Another found the coleslaw bad and the burger so so, with the staff just okay in an empty room on a Tuesday evening. One thought a burger without chips was pricey, and one found the puddings underwhelming. A birthday table was made special by staff who went above and beyond.

“Friendly and welcoming on a busy Saturday night. Really appreciated the drink suggestions and the food was delicious. I found the variety of puddings underwhelming compared to the rest of the menu but that’s personal taste.”

“Fabulous early evening meal after an afternoon at the theatre. Cal was fantastic attending to us, and helping with our food choices (amending where necessary). Very friendly without being overbearing. Great beer, food and service as usual from Brewdog. Our first visit to Manchester Brewdog, but not our last 🙂”

“We were a little worried about whether or not it would be a good place to east and watch the England game but it was amazing. The service received from Paris was second to none. So welcoming and friendly. Can’t fault the whole experience. Mention to Sophie and John also who added to the welcoming vibe. Well done brewdog and their team”

“Manchester is a truly epic beer city, and the only place on Earth with a BrewDog Bar, Outpost brewpub and DogHouse Hotel. The first of these is the OG, located in the heart of Deansgate in the shadow of the Central Convention Complex. BrewDog Manchester pours from 28 taps of super-fresh craft beer, with ciders and spirits on hand too. Fuel up with a legendary burger, such as the vegan Beyond Meat, or our world-famous Buffalo wings, and then enjoy everything Manchester has to offer.”
