  “Five stars for the amazing team at Roxy Ball Room! We visited for a work social on a brutally hot day, and the staff did a fantastic job keeping everyone cool and refreshed. The food and drinks were great, but the real highlight was the incredible service. Shuffleboard wasn't originally included in our package, and even though we offered to pay extra, the team gave us unlimited time on it just to ensure we had the best experience. Absolutely outstanding hospitality—they went above and beyond out of pure kindness. We'll definitely be back!”

  “Had a fantastic time at Roxy Ballroom, the pool tables and darts were great fun and made for a brilliant night out. A special mention goes to Maciej, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and his excellent customer service made the night even more enjoyable.”

  “Such a great vibe in this venue, the games are always to a high standard, and you see that the staff are constantly keeping an eye on the games!! The food was also amazing, I only ordered because the spoons next door messed me about. But it was worth it. So tasty!! The staff were all lovely and very much on top of everything. I love the decor also of Roxy’s!!”

  “Had a great time doing crazy pool and karaoke. The staff were lovely, especially Zoe and Alice. Will definitely come back because of the service!! Drinks were so quick and everyone had a huge smile on their face. Lovely welcoming energy”

  “Roxy ball room Deansgate was a superb venue for our work networking event. The staff were brilliant, especially Zoe who made sure everything ran smoothly from welcome drinks to the food coming out. Being able to deal with a large group size (85 people) is no easy feat but the team at Roxy did a fantastic job. The games are great especially crazy pool and the atmosphere was great with good music and lighting. Would certainly recommend the venue.”

  “Had a nice time here, it’s a good bar with a fun atmosphere. I visited on a Thursday evening, so it wasn’t too busy, but the service was a bit on the slow side. I was initially told they had Guinness 0%, but after waiting a while they came back to say they didn’t, so I had to order something else, which also took a bit of time to arrive. That said, the place itself has a great vibe. The music was okay, and there are plenty of games to play, which makes it a fun spot for a casual night out. Overall, a good experience and worth visiting an enjoyable evening.”
