  “Very slow service, we had to wait a bit to make our orders for both mains and desserts. The food is nice and tasty - desserts are a total miss! Both sticky toffee and “wannabe” tiramisu were not the best, the tiramisu needs to back to the lab and re-invented ( it doesn’t taste like pistachio NOR matcha ), just a soggy biscuit with coffee and cream NOPE.”

  “The food was absolutely delicious and the dishes were really enjoyable. Definitely the highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, the service was a little disappointing. The restaurant was very warm and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly, so we asked if we could move to another table. The staff member seemed a little annoyed by the request and, although she eventually gave us another table, there wasn’t much difference in temperature. At least we could breathe a little better, but a simple apology or acknowledgement of the issue would have made the situation feel much better. Overall, the food was excellent, but the service could definitely be warmer and more attentive.”

  “We had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavour, and everything was cooked perfectly. A special mention to our waiter, Herrera, who was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. His service really added to the experience and made us feel well looked after. Overall, we had a brilliant time and would definitely come back again. Great food, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you, Herrera, for making our evening so enjoyable!”

  “Have not been in a very long time and was not disappointed. Food was absolutely terrific and service from Herrera was exceptional. Ordered a couple of small starters to share, lobster croquettes as well as well grilled prawns. Had the the Connecticut Lobster roll which was served warm, flavours fresh and portion size generous. Desserts to share was the ice cream sandwich recommended by Herrera and spot on! Minor error as there were two cocktails on our final bill which were not ours but quickly resolved. Worth a visit!”

  “We had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious and really well prepared, but the highlight of the evening was definitely the service. We were looked after by Herrera, who was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional throughout. He really made us feel welcome and made our dinner even more enjoyable. Excellent service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend! :)”

  “Very nice restaurants with great fresh lobsters. we visited during their 15 years anniversary so we got 15 pounds off their combo menu. otherwise their three course set menu also looks approachable. Our waitress Aliona was amazing, love her vibes. What surprises us positively was their big portion tendersteam broccoli with Laoganma sauce! Definitely recommend!”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic experience at Burger & Lobster High Street Kensington. The food was excellent, with perfectly cooked lobster and a delicious burger, all served in a great atmosphere. A special mention goes to Herrera, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His recommendations were spot on, and his attention to detail really enhanced the overall dining experience. Excellent food, excellent service, and a great dining atmosphere.   “Friendly and attentive service. We had the B&L Combo and the Lobster Combo. The food service was efficient, the food was decent although the lobster was slightly over cooked. They are dog friendly which is great.”

  “I’ve visited several Burger & Lobster branches before, but this location truly stands out from the rest. From the moment we arrived, the service was on another level. The manager was exceptionally attentive, thoughtful, and professional — far more personal and refined compared to my previous experiences at other branches. It genuinely felt like we were being taken care of, rather than just served. What impressed me even more was the food presentation. Unlike other locations, the plating here felt more elegant and elevated, giving a subtle sense of a more “grand” dining experience while still maintaining the consistently high quality that Burger & Lobster is known for. The atmosphere was also noticeably more comfortable and relaxed, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this branch delivers a more premium and refined experience compared to others. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had with Burger & Lobster.”
