Customer Review Summary
The lobster roll draws the most consistent praise, with reviewers repeatedly calling it fresh and describing it melting in the mouth, alongside the Lobster and Wagyu Croquettes and the B&L combo pairing burger and lobster together. Close behind, several single out the wagyu smash burger and calamari with spicy mayo, plus cocktails like the Lychee Cloud with its cotton candy garnish. Servers are named again and again as going out of their way, offering half-and-half combos, birthday desserts, and allergy accommodations. One group found the bill steep for four people and felt the service charge wasn't offered as optional, also noting a chicken burger that needed more spice and a lobster roll served slightly cold, while another diner reported one server's performance dropped sharply near the end of an otherwise five-star meal. Several mention returning repeatedly, with one reviewer noting they came back twice in the same week for the lobster.

“Very nice lobster roll and ok burgers. Portions small though so overpriced in my opinion. It's expensive fast food - £36 for small hot dog sized lobster roll and medium fries. Food comes quick, service is pretty good but they add 13.5% for the privilege. Don't go just for the burgers alone, there are better places. Try once for the lobster. I'm not sure I'd spend £100 again for 2 sandwiches, chips and coke.”

“Vet good option on Oxford Street. I was expecting a larger portion of lobster, but that's what I paid for. But, lobster roll portion is descent and pretty tasty”

“Cute little place tucked a bit back from the bustle of Oxford Street. Food was excellent and very delicious. Our server, Michele, was prompt, knowledgeable, and very kind. We had the lobster Mac (huge) and the lobster roll. The roll was 10/10, would eat every day for the rest of my life. We went around 1:30 on a weekday and it wasn’t too busy.”
