Customer Review Summary
The lobster roll is the most frequent draw, called buttery, sweet, and delicious, and one lactose intolerant diner describes a server sitting down with them to find a way to order it. Close behind are the whole lobster, called fresh and perfectly cooked, and the juicy burger, with big portions and tasty cocktails and mocktails also mentioned. Reviewers repeatedly describe friendly service, including one waiter covering several tables seamlessly. The complaints are specific. A returning visitor says the meat in the burger has changed and is not as good as before, one found the lobster not the best they had had, and another reports cold chips. One reviewer found the toilets noticeably smelly, and another felt the menu offered little choice and that portions were more generous at other restaurants nearby. One reviewer suggests trying the lobster roll, and a birthday diner was brought a special dessert by a server.

“We had a pleasant experience at Burger & Lobster Leicester Square. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The menu, however, didn’t offer a huge amount of choice, which was a little disappointing. The food itself was tasty, and the portion size was fair, although for the price, you can get more generous portions at other restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, the toilets were noticeably smelly, which let the overall experience down. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit with good food and service, but there are a few areas that could be improved.”

“Burger & Lobster is a must visit if you’re looking for high quality seafood and one of the best burgers in London. The lobster was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour, while the burger was juicy, tender, and made with premium ingredients. The famous lobster roll was another highlight and definitely worth trying. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff provided friendly, attentive service throughout our visit. Whether you’re craving lobster, a great burger, or both, Burger & Lobster offers a fantastic dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“🍔 Burger & Lobster, London 🇬🇧🦞 “Sometimes, the simplest menu creates the hardest decision.” When I walked into Burger & Lobster, I was expecting a long menu with endless choices. Plot twist? You don’t come here for hundreds of options you come here because they’ve mastered a few. So we ordered exactly what they’re famous for: 🍔 The Burger 🦞 The Lobster Roll 🦞 Their signature Lobster And honestly? Every bite felt like they knew exactly what they were doing. The burger was juicy, rich, and satisfying without trying too hard. The lobster roll was buttery, fresh, and packed with sweet lobster meat that didn’t need fancy tricks to impress. But the whole lobster? That’s the star of the show simple, perfectly cooked, and letting the quality speak for itself. What I loved most wasn’t just the food. It was the lesson behind it. In a world where everyone is trying to do everything, Burger & Lobster built a global reputation by doing a few things exceptionally well. There’s a business lesson in that. You don’t have to be everything to everyone. You just have to be unforgettable at what you do. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely worth the visit if you’re in London. #JoshShowUp #LondonEats #BurgerAndLobster #FoodWithAStory #TravelAndTaste #LondonFoodie #BusinessLessonsEverywhere #WorthTheCalories”
